  restart整个电脑然后在uninstall看
  不然就是上网找过新的internet explorer 9 强制install下去而不要uninstall
  不然就是按right click 然后选troubleshoot compatibility

setup cnt continue because a more recent version of IE is installed on ur computer

uninstall又不行
強行裝下去也不行==|||

试看 troubleshoot compatibility 然后给windows自己detect issue吧过后照着走就行了
不然就是manual uninstall，google search看 "how to manual uninstall internet explorer? "
