房间大小：1张单人床，一个小衣橱,一个书桌
房间家具：床垫，书桌，衣橱，风扇
厕所：公用/私人都可以
水/电/网：包括/包括/包括
条件：1)厕所要有热水器
         2)屋子里全是华人
         3)最好是有洗衣机
         4)步行到SEGI College 8分钟以内

there is a room in subang usj 6 , good year court 1. right behind the big tv that stand at the traffic light junction.
10 minute walk to segi college.
2 minute walk to grocery and 'kopitiam' .
medium room is available in the coming August
small room is available in May

both rooms are air-conditioned.
water heater,
washing machine,
wardrobe is provided.
double decker bed frame provided for the medium room.
kitchen can cook.
we are chinese couple =)

water bill is normally FOC.
electric bill will be divided per headcount, exclusive from the rental.

small room: rm300
medium: rm400

it is like this, more to apartment or flat.

we have unifi.. sharing or not is discussable . but its not include in the rental ya.
