window 7, i make it in this method;
go control panel
-clock,language...
-click change keyboard or other input method
-under administrative
-click change system locale
-click the arrow and scroll to "chinese(simplified,prc)

Go to "Control Panel" click "Region And Language" ,click "Keyboard And Language" and click "Change Keyboard" and click "Add", from there chose the language you want to add.作者: i_design_art 时间: 2013-5-29 03:59 PM
after restart,u should see language bar at the below,
Crtl+shift to switch input method,
shift to switch chinese/english input.
