JOHOR BARU: A nine year old girl is on a mission to find her biological mother as she needs legal documentation to apply for her identification card.
MCA public services and complaints bureau head, Jason Teoh, is helping the girl, Hon Eileen, to find her mother.
According to her birth certificate, she was born in Petaling Jaya on Nov 21, 2005 and the only name given was that of her mother Hon Sek Fong.
"We need the name of her father," said Teoh.
He said a local woman was taking care of Eileen since she was born and she had never seen her mother for years.
"I hope Sek Fong who is believed to be 45-years-old will contact me so that I can get the information needed to apply for Eileen's identity card," he added.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Hon Sek Fong are urged to call Teoh at 019-7111516.
