有谁会 bad debts 的 letter format 写法。

*我公司的顾客倒闭了，我要 writte off to bad debts, 我要如何做note / letter

因为是Pte Ltd ，audit 时要的record, ISO 的流程，AGM 要汇报的。还有需要directors 同意批准。很麻烦！！！
