工作性质：
1. Deploy drivers according to daily orders and inform customers the vehicle/driver detail （根据销售部门的订单情况进行排班）
2. Record bus trips (including both ad-hoc and contract） （记录司机接单工作）
3. Record drivers’ OT
4. Transfer/Apply/Terminate/Renew car park, Manage to get approval on time and maintain smooth communication between operation colleagues （停车 位的申请/终止/转换，按时完成并保持与运营部门的良好沟通）
5. Monitor/Renew vehicle COE, insurance, VPC, road tax. Transfer vehicle ownership retain car plate and etc. Make sure that there is no delay in renewal, be able to answer/retrieve the status of certs promptly （车辆相关证书路税等的更新，需确认没有遗漏）
6. Handle paper work of accident claim （公司车辆事故的文书处理）
7. Other operation related issues （其他运营部门相关事务）
工作日期：Mon to Sat (excluding Sun and Public Holiday)
工钱 ：Monthly basic rate: S$2300.00
月薪：新币2300.00
福利：
1. 13th month salary and annual bonus (subject to employee's performance) 根据员工表现提供年终奖和13薪
2. Upon confirmation, attendance allowance S$50.00/month if employee didn't take any sick leave, urgent leave or un-paid leave in that month. 转正后，若当月员工无病假，紧急假和无薪假，将获得全勤奖50新币。
条件 ：
1. Great coordination skill and communication skill 良好的沟通协调能力
2. Excellent with excel 擅长使用excel
3. Good command of both English and Chinese 中英文良好
4. At least one-year working experience in related field is preferred 一年相关工作经验者优先
