Koei Tecmo and Gust have announced Atelier Liddy and Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting.

The game features character design by Yuugen and Noco. Above are silhouettes of the two main characters, Liddy and Soeur.

While the game is part of the Mysterious series of Atelier games, it was said that it is being made differently from the past two titles (Atelier Sophie and Atelier Firis).

Further information was not announced.

　　将在手机平台展开的《炼金工房 Online》，邀请到 tanu 担任绘师，将展开全新的《炼金工房》世界。游戏角色将会以 SD 化的可爱头身登场，在充满《炼金工房》系列世界观的游戏场景中冒险。系列惯例的采取、调和系统也将会重现，战斗的部分也会带来和主机游戏相去不远的游戏性，并且可以施展道具和技能来战斗。另外，角色的服装和技能也都可以自由更换。

Koei Tecmo, Gust, and NHN PlayArt have announced Atelier Online: Alchemists of Braceir, an online RPG due out for iOS and Android in Japan this winter as a free-to-play title with item-based micro-transactions.

A completely new app themed after the Atelier series’ world and game systems. While adopting the series’ charms of a heartwarming world impression, synthesis elements, timeline-based strategic battles, and so on, the game systems are being designed to be easily enjoyed on smartphones. With online support, you can adventure, synthesize, and cooperate with a group of other players, which you could not do in previous Atelier games.

Atelier Liddy and Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting news coming August 10

Gust will share new information on the June-announced Atelier Liddy and Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting on August 10, a tweet from the newly launched Atelier series Twitter account revealed. This will include details about the game and a look at the main visual, as well as the launch of a teaser website.

Given that August 10 is a Thursday, the news will likely come out of the latest issues of Dengeki PlayStation and / or Weekly Famitsu, which both release that day. That means we will likely hear about on August 8, when the contents of the magazines leak.

Atelier Liddy & Souer: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting will launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PS Vita this winter in Japan, the latest issue of Famitsu reveals. It will cost 7,300 yen on PlayStation 4 and Switch, and 6,300 yen on PS Vita. A limited edition will also be available for 10,300 yen and 9,300 yen, respectively.

The game features two protagonists. Players will not choose between them, however:

Liddy Marlen (voiced by Maria Naganawa) – Souer’s older sister. The quiet type.
Souer Marlen (voiced by Hikari Akao) – The energetic type, opposite of her older sister.

Liddy and Souer are twin sisters who run a small atelier in Melveille, the capital city of the Adalett Kingdom. One of the paintings they discover has a mysterious world within it.

The latest Atelier game is an adventure inside a painting. The synthesis system has seen a dramatic evolution with the introduction of “activation items.” Battles are “combination battles” where characters fight in pairs, and during which synthesis is also possible. 3D models have also significantly evolved.

First-print copies will include costume downloadable content that change the characters into Marie from Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg and Elie from Atelier Elie: The Alchemist of Salburg 2.

Famitsu has gone up with its first online preview of Atelier Lydie & Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting, providing a first look at protagonists Lydie and Soeur.

　　在梅尔贝尤帮忙父亲经营炼金工房的新人炼金术士，文静安逸的性格，温柔待人友善，虽然擅长学习但运动苦手，另外对于艺术的品位非常独特。

丝尔·玛莲(CV：赤尾ひかる) 14岁

　　与姐姐丽蒂一起，经营炼金工房的双子妹妹，与姐姐对照，开朗活泼大胆的性格，还有着小恶魔的一面，非常喜欢恶作剧，平时就经常戏弄姐姐。不在意细节的天才类。但是唯独不擅长应付虫子，只是掉在肩膀上也会大闹起来。

●游戏基本

　　游戏基本内容为在工作室地下发现的绘画世界中冒险，通过采取与战斗入手材料，将其带回现实世界，磨练炼金术水平，在此过程中，完成国家课题等，来提升评价，使工作室等级提升，最后成为国家第一的工作室。

　　在绘画中的世界，有着众多现实非常少见的材料，但同时也有很多危险魔物徘徊，画有复数，每张画内部样子都不同，另外一提，当工作室等级提升后，就可以进入其他画中的世界了。

●调合系统

　　本作调合追加了活性化道具这一新要素，这是在调合中可以投入的特殊道具，使用后可以给调合带来影响，效果也多彩多样。而基本系统与菲丽丝一样为面板拼图制，材料会像拼图一样组合，直感易懂。

●战斗系统

　　本作中战斗系统将有着巨大变化，采用了前卫与后卫2人1组的搭档战，基本与敌人对峙的仅为前卫，后卫会自动来辅助前卫，通过队伍编成使战斗风格发生变化，实现更多彩的战斗方法。另外还有战斗中也可以进行调合的“战斗MIX”系统登场，可以享受更加有炼金术士风格的作战。

制作人访谈要点：

　　(前作为止一直由冈村佳人负责指挥，但本作起完全离开开发团队的样子，而改由菊池启介担当开发制作人，有点令人担忧)

·(菊池P)前作虽然离开开发现场，但因为是不可思议系列完结、工作室20周年纪念作，所以又回来了。
·3D建模的质量比索菲更加提升，CG建模将由插画师来进行监修。
·主人公不用选择，两个人基本是要一起来推动物语进展的。
·因为是20周年，将会是GUST这一品牌的集大成之作。
·无论是一开始接触炼金工房的人，还是玩过前两作的玩家都可以享受其中。

■ An Ordinary System RPG

The first title in the “Mysterious” sub-series, Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, and the second title, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey, were games that set new standards for the Atelier series.

Atelier Lydie & Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting will depict the ordinary, everyday lives of twin sisters Lydie and Soeur, as well as take players on an adventure through the fantastic and mysterious worlds of paintings. As is appropriate for the Mysterious sub-series, Atelier Lydie & Soeur will maximize the appeal of the Atelier series not found in other RPGs.

Atelier Lydie & Soeur is based on the concept of coexistence between the ordinary and the extraordinary, and utilizes a feature known as the “ordinary system” while interweaving extraordinary experiences within it.

In order to implement this, the theme of “paintings” was decided.

■ Story

In Melveille, the capital of the Adalett Kingdom, a small atelier was established.

There live twin sisters and beginner alchemists Lydie and Soeur. The girls, who pass the days while helping their alchemist father, had a dream.

“One day, I want to run the best atelier in the country.”

However, contrary to their dream, the twins are still inexperienced. While they are somewhat impatient regarding the deviation of the dream they embrace and reality, each day passes without concern.

Then one day, the twins discovered a painting. The painting was filled with a mysterious, dream-like world, with never before seen materials scattered like mountains.

Through their sudden encounter with the “mysterious painting,” the twins’ dream instantly became closer to reality.

The older twin sister. A girl who works at her father’s small, not very well known atelier in Melveille, the capital of the Adalett Kingdom. She is carefree, kind-hearted, and sociable. She does things at her own pace and can be a bit airheaded.

She is not very good at moving her body. She is good at studying, but has a unique sense for the arts.

Soeur Marlen (voiced by Hikari Akao)

Occupation: Alchemist

The younger twin. She works at the atelier together with her older sister Lydie. She is a bright and lively tomboy. She can also be somewhat impish, and often teases her older sister.

She has the air of a genius, and is generally careless about everything. However, she dislikes bugs and will cause a fuss if one even lands on her shoulder.

■ Twins That Are Always Together

Lydie and Soeur are twin sisters who help out their alchemist father and work at his atelier. In order to become the number one atelier in the country, they spend each day working as hard as possible. However, there is almost no work at the atelier, and they spend each day living at the level of bare subsistence. It is within this environment that the twins’ bonds will become even stronger.

—Lydie, as the more stable older sister, looks after her younger sister, Soeur, who she is often at the mercy of.

—During an important scene, Soeur, a tomboy who tends to tease her older sister, supports Lydie.

■ The Worlds of Mysterious Paintings

Lydie and Soeur run the atelier with the goal of becoming the number one atelier in the country. But contrary to such dreams, the twins follow a routine daily life. One day, the twins discover a painting in the basement of the atelier that significantly alters their fate. In progressing through the story, they will come to know the worlds of many different paintings.

—A mysterious painting discovered in the basement of the atelier. The twins, enchanted by the painting, unawarely enter its world.

—A world full of fantastic scenery such as blooming flowers and a floating island in the distance. The world of this “mysterious painting” can be freely explored.

—Materials that cannot be found in the real world can be found in the worlds of paintings.

■ Dreams Become Reality Through the Worlds of Mysterious Paintings

Worlds discovered by chance. By exploring the worlds of these paintings and gathering materials, and by using rare materials obtained by defeating the monsters they encounter, the twins’ alchemy skills will increase. Their goal is to clear challenges and the like, receive regular evaluations from the country, raise their Atelier Rank, and become the number one atelier.

Explore the worlds of various paintings and obtain rare materials. You will be able to explore various mysterious paintings depending on your Atelier Rank.

(2) Improve your alchemy and increase your evaluation from the country.

In the capital city of Melveille, where the twins live, there are plenty of requests, challenges, and the like seeking synthesis. By increasing your evaluation from the capital, your Atelier Rank will rise.

■ “Activation Items” Introduce a Major Change to Synthesis

The “Mysterious” sub-series’ puzzle-like synthesis returns in Atelier Lydie & Soeur. It is a synthesis system that aims to be intuitive and easy to understand. This time, a new element called “Activation Items” is being introduced. It adds surprise and unexpectedness to the usual synthesis system.

Activation Items are special items used during synthesis. Using them can have a great effect on the outcome of synthesis.

—While putting materials in the panels, throw in an Activation Item.

—Like Othello, the colors of existing panels will change depending on the Activation Item. Each Activation Item has a different effect, and adds emphasis to usual synthesis.

■ Fight with Combination Battles and Battle Mixes

The battles of this game use a front and rear team-based “Combination Battle” system. It is a battle style matched to the “twin protagonists,” whose battle style changes depending on the formation of the team. There is also a “Battle Mix” system that allows players to synthesize during battle. This is a more strategic and dynamic battle system than ever before.

Teams are the Key to Battle

In battle, players can form a party that consists of a maximum of three teams, with two characters on each team for six characters total. The teammates in the front control the battle by attacking the enemy directly, while the teammates in the back supports their partner in the front. Since the teammates in the rear acts automatically based on the situation, you can unleash flashy combinations by only choosing the actions of the teammates in the front.

—A style in which the teammate in the front attacks, while the teammate in the rear follows through.

Item Creation During Battle

During battle, you can synthesize the materials you have gathered using the new “Battle Mix” system. By instantly creating items, you can use the “Battle-Exclusive Synthesis Command.” Through this, you will be able to synthesize on the spot, and enjoy diverse and extensive battles.

偶然知道的绘画世界。两人一边在这里探险、采集材料，也和魔物战斗获得稀有的材料，并利用这些材料磨练两人的炼金术。解决课题等事件，并且从国家接受评比，就可以让炼金工房提升阶级挤进炼金工房排行榜，也能让两人更加接近她们的目标，那就是让她们的炼金工房成为全国第一。

根据炼金工房的阶级，双胞胎可以探索各种不同的不可思议绘画。

在两人居住的首都梅尔伯尤（メルヴェイユ）中，有许多要求调合的委托、课题等任务。

利用「活性化道具」让调合过程产生大变化

本作也将继续使用「不可思议」系列的面板调合系统。以操作直观浅显易懂的调合系统为目标。

而且这次还加入新要素「活性化道具」，让一成不变的调合加入惊奇与意外。

所谓的活性化道具，是指在调合过程中使用的特殊道具。一旦使用这个道具，便能让调合内容产生巨大变化。

在调合面板中加入材料的时候，追加丢入活性化道具！

根据投入的活性化道具不同，面板上既有的颜色会像黑白棋一样改变颜色！
活性化道具带有各种不同的效果，能为普通的调合带来影响。

搭档战斗＆战斗混合

本作的战斗系统，采用前线与后卫组队的「搭档战斗（コンビネーションバトル）」。根据队伍组成不同而改变战斗风格，是相当符合「双胞胎主角」的战斗方式。而且本作将加入能在战斗中进行调合的「战斗混合（バトルミックス）」。能够享受比以往更具战略性更有爆炸性的战斗。

队伍为关键的战斗
两人一组，最多可以有三组（六人）队伍参加战斗。
前线将会直接与敌人对峙，掌控战斗。后卫则以支持前线为主。由于后卫的行动会根据条件自动执行，因此只要选择前线人员的动作，就可以轻松使出华丽连击。

在战斗中制作道具！？
「战斗混合」，是指能将采集到的材料在战斗中进行调合，现场制作道具并使用的「战斗专用调合指令」。
能在战斗现场调合制作，进而享受多彩丰富的战斗。

「不可思议」系列，这次也采用了ゆーげん（莉蒂）与 NOCO（丝尔）两位绘师合作的体制。双胞胎两位主角的画像由两位绘师共同创作，计划融合各自不同画风的魅力。

■ An Encounter with a Mysterious Painting

Lydie and Soeur want to run the best atelier in the country. But in contrast to those ambitions, they pass each day troubled about their daily lives. Then one day, as they were synthesizing, they heard a voice from the basement. While feeling strange about it, the girls went down to the basement, which their father told them to “never enter by any means.”

In the basement, they came across a mysterious painting. And before they knew it, the two were pulled into the world depicted in the painting. At first, Lydie and Soeur were perplexed, but then overcame with great excitement over the world of the painting before them. While searching for a way back home, the two immediately began exploring.

■ Synthesis and Activatation Items

Atelier Lydie & Soeur uses the same synthesis system as previous Mysterious sub-series games, where ingredients are inserted into a panel. This section will provide a look at how players can create items using intuitive controls.

1. Insert catalysts to get bonuses!

Decide which item you want to create and select the ingredients to put in. At this time, by first putting in an ingredient that will become the catalyst, special squares that have a bonus effect will appear on the panel.

2. Put your ingredients in the panel!

Put your ingredients in the panel. Various effects will appear by putting the ingredients in the bonus squares that pop up as a result of using a catalyst.

3. Use Activation Items!

At any time during synthesis, you can use an Activation Item. By using an Activation Item, you can significantly change the effects and characteristics of the item being synthesized.

　　本作的调合，在之前报导中有介绍过是在调合面板投入材料方块，类似拼图那样的游戏系统。以下内文将会一边以游戏画面搭配文字解说，在意的玩家敬请事先预习吧。

STORY　与不可思议绘画的相遇，将引导双胞胎的梦想实现

　　以国家第一炼金工房为目标的莉蒂与丝尔，现实却与两姐妹伟大的抱负背道而驰，每天的生活过得困苦不堪。但是就在某天，姊妹俩听见了从地下室传来的声响。感到好奇的两人，缓缓走向父亲曾告诫过「绝对不能进去」的地下室。

　　放置在地下室里的奇妙绘画。盯着这幅画的姊妹俩，在不知不觉之间，被拉进画中的世界了。莉蒂与丝尔两人虽然一开始对这不可思议的情况感到不知所措，但却又对于眼前的绘画世界感到兴奋。于是姊妹俩便开始一面寻找回家的道路，一面探索这奇妙的世界。

SYSTEM　在调合时，使用活性化道具提高效果！！

　　《不可思议》系列中最耳熟能详的，就是在调合面板上投入材料方块，类似拼图的调合系统。本篇报导接下来将介绍本作调合的相关消息。透过直观的操作制作道具吧！

（1）投入触媒，获得额外效果！
决定制作的道具后，再来选择投入的材料。如果在这个时候先丢入可以成为触媒的材料，在调合面板上就会出现带有额外效果的特别方格。

（2）在调合面板中放入材料看看吧！
接下来将材料投进调合面板里。在使用触媒后出现的额外效果方格中放入材料的话，就会出现各式各样的效果。

（3）使用活性化道具看看吧！
在调合进行中，随时都可以使用「活性化道具」。使用活性化道具，就可以对调合道具的效果与特性给予不同凡响的效果。

（4）最后就是选择特性啰！
全部都选择完毕后，道具就算制作完成了。如果道具拥有特性，最后可以选择想继承特性，让调合正式结束。

WORLD　在如梦似幻般的绘画世界里探索看看吧！

　　宛如水晶般绽放耀眼光芒的冰晶将一切覆盖的洞窟世界。这里有很多关于冰的材料与魔物。

　　在绘画世界中进行采集，就可以捡拾到调合材料。至于调合配方，则需要透过采集、战斗与探索等，各式各样的方式来找到灵感。

《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》菲丽丝与伊尔梅莉亚登场

　　KOEI TECMO Games 公开《炼金工房》系列最新作预定于 12 月 21 日发售日版、2018 年初发售中文版的《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》在本周杂志公开新情报。来自《菲丽丝的炼金工房～不可思议之旅的炼金术士～》的菲丽丝和伊尔梅莉亚也会在本作中登场，在本作中她们的设定都是 19 岁，究竟四年过去她们有什么成长呢?

菲莉丝・米斯特鲁多(CV：本渡枫)：平时喜欢在世界到处旅行的炼金术士，在本作中她从姐姐那里学来使用弓战斗的技巧。虽然外表看上去确实长大了，但性格还是原来的样子。

伊尔梅莉亚．冯．莱茵威巴（伊尔）(CV：金子彩花)：是莉蒂和苏尔炼金术的师傅，虽然长了4岁但身高完全没变……

　　另外本次还公开了莉蒂 & 丝尔的父亲：罗杰(CV：子安武人)。虽然炼金术的水平不太行但作为画家有非凡的才能。

　　游戏系统方面本次公开了“野望笔记”系统。完成笔记中记载的项目提升评价就可以参加王国的考试提升自己的炼金术等级。笔记上的要求包括探索绘画世界、完成居民的委托等等种类非常丰富。

　　战斗系统方面本作最多可以有6名角色参加战斗，2人一组。前卫行动后如果满足特定条件后卫角色就会自动使用技能。当前卫与后卫角色形成特定的组合时，还可以使用双人合作必杀技。

　　此外游戏首发版将会附送系列初代和2代作品中玛丽和爱丽的服装下载码，本次公开了莉蒂和苏尔分别穿着特典服装的造型。

—An explosion occurs during synthesis, and Roger is so useless that he blames the girls and runs away. Lydie and Suelle don’t seem to know what to do with their father, who is lazy about everything.

■ The Goal: To Run the Best Atelier in the Country

The twins are set on the goal of “running the best atelier in the country,” but how can they become the “best in the country” to begin with? An official notice from the kingdom appears before the troubled twins.

An “Atelier Rank System,” by which a rank determines your atelier’s true performance, has been implemented. If you can reach the highest rank, your atelier may just become “the best atelier in the country”!

Consult Your “Ambitions Notebook” to Increase Your Atelier’s Reputation

In order to increase your Atelier Rank, it is necessary to take a test issued by the kingdom. And in order to take that test, it is necessary to increase your atelier’s reputation. Lydie, worried about how to increase their atelier’s reputation, notices Suelle is writing something in a notebook.

—The “Ambitions Notebook” is a “secret plan to increase the atelier’s reputation” notebook written by Suelle. Use this as a basis for your actions to increase your atelier’s rank.

The Road to Increasing Your Atelier Rank

By taking actions based on the Ambitions Notebook while going to and from the real world and the mysterious worlds of paintings, your atelier’s reputation will reach the kingdom and you will be able to take the rank-up test at the castle. By increasing your rank, you will come across new mysterious paintings, so try to do it as much as possible.

—Collect materials and battle monsters in the mysterious worlds of paintings. Handle each “ambition” bit by bit and grow while increasing your atelier’s reputation.

—The Ambitions Notebook of course has alchemy-related ambitions. If you can synthesize various items with rare materials, you will surely increase your reputation.

—By fulfilling the numerous ambitions written in the Ambitions Notebook, you will be able to take a rank-up test at the castle. Gradually realize your ambitions in order to increase your rank.

—By increasing your Atelier Rank, you will happen across new mysterious paintings. Since the materials you can collect differ for each mysterious painting’s world, the scope of items that you can synthesize will noticeably increase. What world will you encounter next?

■ Combination Battles and Battle Mix

The battle system uses a front and rear, two-person team-based “Combination Battle” system where a maximum of three teams can participate. There is also a “Battle Mix” system that enables synthesis during battle, welcoming a more strategic and expansive type of battle.

—Battles are turn-based and see the player choose actions for each character. Depending on the chosen action, the time until the next action and turn order will change.

—By meeting certain conditions after a front teammate’s actions, the rear teammate can trigger a “Follow Skill.” There are various Follow Skills that support the front teammate that require different conditions to trigger.

—If Lydie or Suelle are in the rear, the player can trigger “Battle Mix” to synthesize an item during battle. “Battle Recipes” can be used to synthesize items that can only be created during battle to gain the upper hand.

Follow the Twins with Support Guard

When Lydie or Suelle receive an attack, an ally can protect them with “Support Guard.” Only characters outside of the protagonists can use Support Guard. Doing so will have them receive the damage in place of Lydie or Suelle.

Attack Everyone at Once with Combination Arts

When using a team of a specific combination, super special moves called “Combination Arts” can be used. Combination Arts can be triggered by teams formed of characters that are in good coordination with each other.

The worlds in the mysterious paintings that the twins can visit are worlds said to be separated from the world of everyday life. Stepping into these worlds not only changes the scenery, but also the atmosphere.

　　本作是一款「炼金术再生」RPG，本次苦于修行的炼金术士，是一对双胞胎姊妹．莉迪与苏瑞，姊妹俩将一面穿梭在绘画的世界中探索，一面磨练自己的炼金术，并且以国家第一的炼金工房为目标努力。

　　首先介绍的消息，是之前已经公开过的首发封入特典「成为玛莉＆艾莉的服装」设计。这个特典可以让莉迪与苏瑞分别换上第一部作品主角．玛莉与第二部作品主角．艾莉两位的服装。

　　另外，分别在 PlayStation 4、PlayStation Vita、Nintendo Switch 三个平台发售的本作，除了一般版与下载版之外，也都各准备了限定版典藏盒以及炼金工房二十周年收藏盒。各种内容物，都可以从官方网站确认详细。

　　虽然两人是以成为国家第一的炼金工房当作目标，但是实际上该如何起步却也是毫无头绪。烦恼的姊妹俩，正巧从王国颁布的「御诏书（おふれ）」得知国家新创设了炼金工房的阶级制度，也就想着只要成为了最高阶级就是「国家第一」并以此为目标。

　　要想提升炼金工房的阶级排行，就一定得接受来自王国的「试验」，但是要获得考验的资格，还必须先提高炼金工房的名声才行。

　　于是姊妹俩，参考了苏瑞写在「野心笔记本（野望ノート）」中的「为提高炼金工房名声的秘策（アトリエの评判を上げるための秘策）」事项展开行动。

　　名声远播到整个王国，也通过试验后提升阶级，姊妹俩就可以前往新的「不可思议绘画」世界。不同的绘画世界能采集到炼金术的材料也不同，只要提高阶级也能增广调合的范围。

　　此外，两人将会造访的绘画世界，在本篇报导下面将公开「喧嚣之森（ざわめきの森）」与「深渊大瀑布（アンフェル大瀑布）」这两处地方的风格参考图与游戏截图，并引用官方释出的说明文搭配介绍，还请各位读者阅览。

不可思议的绘画世界・喧嚣之森
扭曲歪斜的树木并列生长，黑漆漆的森林只有夜空的明月微光照亮。唏唏嗦嗦的声响不绝于耳，偶尔还能感觉到某处的视线一直盯着自己。但也正是因为这样神秘的森林，才有可能获得珍贵罕见的材料。

不可思议的绘画世界・深渊大瀑布
活火山地区，甚至还有流出熔岩浆瀑布的滚烫世界。在赤焰中，还能稍微瞥见类似石碑的影子。也据传这个世界，似乎有只凶暴至极的火龙栖息在这......？

　　而在之前的报导中，也介绍过本作的战斗系统，是由两人一组小队（前线．后卫）并最多让三组小队参加战斗的「搭档战斗」形式。

　　基本上来说，虽然是以选择指令的回合制战斗，但是根据选择的指令不同，到角色执行下次行动的间隔时间也长短不一，而每位角色也会在此时轮流递补行动顺序。

　　还有，如果是主角莉迪与苏瑞以外的角色，似乎会使出「支持护卫（サポートガード）」代替姊妹两人承受攻击保护她们。

　　两人一组的小队只要满足条件，当前线角色进行动作时，担当后卫的角色就会发动「追击技能（フォロースキル）」。举例来说，当莉迪或是苏瑞担任后卫时，就会发动「战斗混合」，可以在战斗中调合出道具并且用来战斗。而这时候的调合只能根据「战斗配方（バトルレシピ）」来调制出只有战斗中才能制作出来的道具。

　　还有，小队如果搭配特定的前线与后卫角色，还可能发动超必杀技「羁绊爆发（コンビネーションアーツ）」。详细规则目前还不明确，还请各位读者敬请期待后续报导。

在调合中引发大爆炸的老爸将烂摊子交给姊妹俩收拾善后，自己却逃之夭夭的举动完全显示他的废柴之力。
对任何事想法都太过随便的父亲，实在是让莉迪与苏瑞两人蜡烛两头烧。

　　阿尔特(CV：永塚拓马)：突然在梅尔维尤开了一家工作室的炼金术士，散发着难以让人接近氛围的少年，对半吊子炼金术士很是看不起。外表看上去很中性。

　　露夏(CV：上田丽奈)：梅尔维尤第一工作室“沃尔提尔”家的独生女，是莉迪＆苏瑞的青梅竹马。外表端庄看上去有良家大小姐的样子，其实颇有野心。

■ The Story of Lydie and Suelle, Travelers of Mysterious Paintings

Fascinated by the mysterious paintings in their basement, Lydie and Suelle are drawn into the paintings’ worlds. With never before scene landscapes and valuable materials spread out before them, the twins could not contain their curiosity. The twins’ story begins when they encounter their first mysterious painting.

—By synthesizing the materials obtained in mysterious paintings, the twins can create items never before created. But even when the twins bring up talk of the mysterious paintings to their father Roger, he does not take them seriously.

—In the basement is a painting with a warm atmosphere. Why is it that the twins are able to jump into the world of this painting?

The Goal: Become “The Best Atelier in the Country

The “Atelier Rank System” is a new system that has been established in the country. In order to reach the highest rank in this system, the twins will spend each day working hard synthesizing and adventuring. Along the way, after the twins have grown a bit, they will be asked by the kingdom to investigate the mysterious paintings.

—Thinking that it will be difficult to pass the test through self-study, the twins hope to become the apprentices of the “Super Top Class Alchemist” Ilmeria. Will that guarantee success?

—After finishing the rank-up test, the twins are asked to investigate the mysterious paintings. After going into the world of a new painting with their escort Matthias, they join up with Lusia, who arrived before them. It appears that the country has been requesting talented alchemists to investigate.

Investigate Mysterious Paintings

There is not just one mysterious painting in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paitings. Also, it is necessary to repair a painting in order to enter its world, and creating the special item required to do that is not straight forward. Borrowing the powers of everyone helping them, Lydie and Suelle will synthesize the items necessary to repair the paintings.

—When a painting gets old, it loses its power as a mysterious painting, and a mysterious painting tool called “The Paints of Neige” is required to repair it. In order to synthesize this, the twins will seek out the help of Firis.

■ Create Items with Particular Effects through Activation Item Synthesis

The synthesis system applies materials through simple, puzzle-like operation. Here, we will introduce the newly added “Activation Item Synthesis” of this game.

Use Activation Items to Create New Effects

Activation Items are special items that can be added to a synthesis whenever you like, but only once per synthesis. The effects of Activation Items differ depending on the item. For example, one effect changes the colors of colored squares that already have materials placed in them each to different colors. Another effect changes the same colored squares next to the selected square all to the same color.

—Here, we see the attack item “Ori Flam” being created without the use of an Activation Item. By checking the effects indicated on the right side of the screen, you can see that it will have effects such as “Fire Damage – Strong.”

—By skillfully placing an Activation Item into the panel, new effects will appear. There may even be a character cut-in when creating a seemingly good item. By using the same materials and following the same process to create the aforementioned Ori Flam, but adding in an Activation Item, the new effect “Defense Power Down – Average” appears.

—By using Activation Items, you can create items all your own with more convenient and particular effects.

■ Synthesize Powerful Combat Items in Battle

Two of the new elements in this game are “Battle Mix” and “Extra Mix,” which allow protagonists Lydie and Suelle to synthesize items during battle.

Battle Mix

With Battle Mix, you can create items with various effects to use immediately in battle using the items you have gathered as ingredients. A Battle Mix can be activated when the character in the front of a two-person team meets certain requirements. When doing so, a “Battle Recipe” will appear on the screen, allowing you to select the necessary materials.

—In order to use Battle Mix, mysterious items called “Archeus Anima” are required. These items can only be obtained in the worlds of mysterious paintings.

—When Lydie or Suelle are in the rear of their two-person team, they can activate a Battle Mix when the character in the front meets certain requirements. Those requirements differ for Lydie and Suelle.

Extra Mix

An Extra Mix is a synthesis that uses a battle-use item originally synthesized through a Battle Mix to create an even stronger battle-use item. After choosing the item you want to synthesize in the Battle Recipe screen, you can add more Archeus Anima than specified to possibly give the resulting item an even stronger effect.

—In Extra Mix, after taking over the effect of the item used as a material, an Extra Mix-exclusive “Ex Effect” is added. Use this to create super powerful items you could not create in normal synthesis, like a Big Bang Flam with a Mega Bomb as an Ex Effect.

—It is no dream that you can use Extra Mix to synthesize super powerful items that can turn the tides of battle. The effects vary from item to item, so use Extra Mix to make super powerful items all your own.

■ The Worlds of Mysterious Paintings and the Real World

Lydie and Suelle’s story will be told as they travel between two truly different worlds. While meeting new people and experiencing events they could never imagine, the twins will inch ever closer toward their dream.

Mysterious Painting World: “Frozen Time Palace”

Towering over a forest of frost-covered trees is a palace where everything is frozen. What awaits in this palace where the beds, walls, and even time are frozen?

STORY

巡回于不可思议的绘画，属于莉迪与苏瑞的故事

　　姊妹俩在地下室发现的奇妙绘画，只要凝视它，两人就会被拉进绘画的世界中。出现在姊妹俩眼前的，是她们从来没看过的景色，也到处充满了贵重的炼金材料，实在是让两人无法抑止她们的好奇心。自从与这幅不可思议的绘画相遇后，双胞胎的故事也就缓缓地开始了。

只要使用在绘画世界采集到的材料进行调合，就可以制作出姊妹俩至今从来没有制作出来过的道具！
只不过就算姊妹俩想谈论绘画世界，她们的父亲罗杰却完全不当一回事。

存在于地下室，散发出温暖氛围的美丽画作。为什么姊妹俩可以从这幅画进入绘画的世界里去呢？

▼ 以「国家第一的炼金工房」为目标的途中
　　国家新开设「炼金工房阶级制度」。为了将自己的炼金工房阶级提升到排行榜的顶端，姊妹俩人每天奋斗，不断进行调合与冒险的修练。而在这途中，多少有些成长的双胞胎，接到了王国的委托，调查不可思议的绘画。

姊妹俩在王城，向待在柜台处的大姊姊询问升级测验的详情。测验的题目乍看之下好像很简单......？

一想到只凭着自学的炼金术很难通过国家测验，姊妹俩人转而拜托自称
「超一流炼金术士」的伊尔梅莉亚收她们为徒！这样国家测验就一定会合格了！？

升级测验结束后，双胞胎被委托调查不可思议的绘画。和姊妹俩的护卫玛堤亚斯一同前往新的绘画世界，碰到了先来调查的露夏，于是所有人一起调查这神秘世界。看起来只要是优秀的炼金术士都会被委托调查的样子。

　　不可思议的绘画不只一幅。而且，为了要进入绘画世界也必须要修复画作，要修复画作还需要特殊道具，问题可没那么简单。于是，莉迪与苏瑞两人大家借助的帮忙，一起调配出进行修复的必要道具。

当画作变得老旧，就会失去不可思议绘画的力量，而称为不可思议颜料的「奈玖的颜料（ネージュの絵の具）」便是修复画作的必要道具。为此，双胞胎两人向菲莉丝寻求协助。

SYSTEM

利用活性化道具调合，制作出特别的道具吧！

　　本作的调合系统，将使用类似拼图那样，让玩家把材料镶嵌进去的直觉操作。而新追加的「活性化道具调合」将在下列详细介绍。

▼ 使用活性化道具后，发现新的效果！？

　　所谓的活性化道具，是指在调合过程中，能在任何时机投入一次的特别道具。将活性化道具丢入后，可能会让已经配置好材料的格子各别变化成不同颜色，或是选择的格子会和旁边相同颜色的格子一起变成另一种颜色等，根据活性化道具不同也有各式各样的效果。

例图是不使用活性化道具，直接调合出攻击道具「炙热火炎（オリフラム）」的样子。从画面右边显示的发现效果，可以确认到有「火炎损伤 ‧ 强」和其他效果附在这道具上。

如果在调合时能将活性化道具使用的得心应手，就可能会发现新的效果！调配出超棒道具的时候，还会放入角色插图......？以上述的「炙热火炎」为例，放入同样的材料，并且以同样的步骤进行调合，再加入活性化道具的话，就会发现有新的效果「降低防御 ‧ 中」出现！

使用活性化道具的话，不仅可以发现更有用处的新效果，还可以制作出最别具特色的道具！

在战斗中，调配出超强大的战斗道具！！

身为炼金术士的莉迪与苏瑞，会在调合上更加努力！接下来将介绍本作的新要素，可以在战斗中调合的「战斗混合」以及「特制混合」。

▼ 透过「战斗混合」调配出战斗用的道具！
　　所谓的「战斗混合」，便是将采集到的物品当作材料，在战斗中进行调合，并实时使用制作出的道具，产生出各式各样的效果。只要前线人员满足条件就可以发动，选择在画面中显示的「战斗配方」与需要的材料，就会发动「战斗混合」！

要使用「战斗混合」，首先必须要有「原初力．灵命（アルケウス・アニマ）」这不可思议的道具。
这个道具只能在绘画世界中获得。

当莉迪或是苏瑞担任后卫时，只要前线角色满足条件，就可以发动「战斗混合」！
至于发动条件会因为莉迪或是苏瑞而不同。

▼ 透过「特制混合」调配出最强道具！？
　　在「战斗混合」中，如果把战斗专用道具当作材料，就有可能发动「特制混合」调配出更强力的战斗专用道具。如果在战斗配方中选择想要制作的道具时，追加特定数量的「原初力．灵命」，附加的效果将会变得更强。

进行「特制混合」时，材料道具上的效果不仅会跟着继承，特制混合专用的效果（Ex 效果）也会加成。例如附带 Ex 效果百万炸弹的大爆炸火炎（ビッグバンフラム），可以制作出普通调合无法制成的超强力道具！

利用「特制混合」制作出超强大道具，反败为胜再也不是痴人说梦！附加效果会因为道具不同而千变万化，努力制作出只有自己专属的超强力道具吧！

WORLD

不可思议的绘画世界与现实世界

　　在两个完全不同的世界来来往往，编织着莉迪与苏瑞的故事。与不同的人相遇，一面体验无法想象的经历，姊妹俩一面前往自己的梦想。

矗立在结冰的树海森林中，所有一切都结冻的宫殿。
结冻的不仅是地板与墙壁，就连时光也被冻住的宫殿深处，究竟有什么在那里等待呢？

可以同时看见梅尔伯尤与大海的小山丘。在小山丘上有一栋巴纽教会（ヴェーニュ教会）建造的教堂，
教堂的后方有一小处墓地。莉迪与苏瑞姊妹俩，偶尔会拜访这里。

在梅尔伯尤度过的日子，不仅可以和各种人相遇、接触，如果碰到了特定角色还会发生事件。
在角色事件中，可以看见伙伴们与平常不同的一面，也可以得知他们重要的心情或是回忆等。

《莉迪与苏瑞的炼金工房 ~不思议绘画的炼金术师~》新角色介绍两人的母亲登场

　　预定于12月21日发售的《莉迪与苏瑞的炼金工房 ~不思议绘画的炼金术师~》在本周电击杂志中介绍了战斗系统的详情并公开多名登场角色的介绍。

　　本作的战斗系统为两人一组，玩家只能对前卫下达指令，后卫会配合前卫的行动自动使用跟随技能，根据角色会有攻击系、恢复系等多彩的跟随技能出现，前卫与后卫的配合会显得非常重要。此外前卫与后卫还能协同使用名为“CombinationArts”的超必杀技。

　　登场角色方面这次公开的全部都是女性，其中还包含莉蒂与苏尔的母亲。

　　米蕾尤(CV：日笠阳子)：25岁，梅尔维尤王城的前台接待，其真实身份是阿达雷特王国的第一公主。虽然是公主但从杂务到炼金术等级制度的管理，是个什么都能做好的才女。

　　奥妮特(CV：武田华)：3年前去世的莉蒂与苏尔的母亲。本来身体就比较弱，年纪不大就患病去世了。原本是个做事主动积极的女性，只是存在就能给周围带来朝气。

　　格蕾丝(CV：木下纱华)：55岁，被人们亲切地称作格蕾丝修女，所属于维纽教会的修女。虽然看上去非常年轻但实际上已年过50，似乎对于以前发生过的一些事至今仍心存悔意。

■ Diverse Battles with Items and Combinations

Lydie and company will battle monsters in the real world and in the worlds of paintings in order to fulfill requests and gather materials. By preparing your items and equipment in advance, and putting together an effective party, you can enjoy diverse battles.

—Since the Follow Skills the character in the rear uses are decided based on the actions of the character in the front, the combination of rear and front characters is important. There are various Follow Skills depending on the characters, be them attack-based, defense-based, recovery-based, etc.

—Attack with items that make it easy to “break” the enemy. By breaking the enemy, you can knock them unconscious and prevent them from taking action, which you can use as your chance to attack even more. Anyone can use items, but the items that can be used differ per character.

—When Lydie or Suelle are about to be attacked, a character other than the twins positioned in the front of a team can defend with “Support Guard.” You can choose when to trigger a Support Guard at any time.

—In addition to Follow Skills and Support Guards, how you construct your party also affects “Combination Arts,” so be sure to assemble your very best party.

Make Good Use of “Battle Mixes”

During battle, it is essential to come up with battle recipes in advance for “Battle Mixes” and “Extra Mixes,” through which you can create items to use during the fihght. Battle recipes can be obtained as quest rewards and through in-game reference books. There are recipes that both Liddy and Suelle can synthesize, as well as recipes exclusive to each twin.

—First, select an item from the list of battle recipes you have already thought up. There are also exclusive effects that you only acquire through Battle Mixes and Extra Mixes.

—There are various types of exclusive effects, such as the “Complete Freeze” Ex Effect that you can only acquire through an Extra Mix.

—By adding a specific number of Archeus Anima or more, the Ex Effect of an Extra Mix will be even further enhanced. In the following screenshot, the “Complete Freeze” effect becomes “Eternal Freeze,” completing the synthesis of a Crystal Bomb with an enhanced Ex Effect.

—Choose your battle recipes while analyzing the battle situation and enemy weaknesses. When performing an Extra Mix, the more powerful the items you use as your materials for synthesis, the greater the effect, so be sure to prepare in advance.

Unleash “Combination Arts”

“Combination Arts” are super special moves that specific teams cooperate to unleash. The “Combination Gauge” accumulates as the teammate in the front damages the enemy and as the teammate in the back uses Follow Skills. You can turn the tides of battle in your favor as soon as you activate it.

—Once your Combination Gauge is filled, and a Combination Art becomes possible to activate, a notice will display on-screen following a standard attack. Follow Skills are essential for quickly filling the gauge.

Suelle and Matthias

Suelle and Mathias’ Combination Art is “All-Out Gunplay.” Suelle uses a pistol and Matthias uses a sword to attack from the left and right to deal major damage.

Lydie and Alto

Lydie and Alto’s Combination Art is “Sanctuary of Demise.” A huge magic circle appears, and together the two deal damage as well as invoke several status ailments.

Sophie and Firis

Sophie and Firis’ Combination Art is “Happy Alchemy,” which has various recovery effects.

■ Collect Materials and Forge Equipment at the Blacksmith

When they visit the Melveille blacksmith one day, Lydie and Suelle’s materials catch the eye of the shopkeeper. At the blacksmith, Lydie and company can use the materials they gather to forge equipment such as weapons and armor.

Create Stronger Weapons and Armor

If you own the proper items, you can create and strengthen weapons and armor at the blacksmith. All you need are the necessary materials and money. Equipment has a stat called “equipment efficiency,” and the higher its value, the greater the amount of battle damage, rate of recovery, and so on. When creating and strengthening weapons and armor, don’t forget to aim for a high equipment efficiency.

—After you choose the weapon you want to create, choose the materials you want to use. The equipment you can create will increase as you progress the story.

　　KOEI TECMO Games 旗下品牌 GUST 预定在 2017 年 12 月 21 日发售的最新作《莉迪＆苏瑞的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》（PS4 / Nintendo Switch / PS Vita）在日前公开了最新消息。

　　本篇报导除了会公开最新三位角色与战斗相关的追加情报，还会介绍制作武器与防具还有强化装备的系统。角色之间的对话截图也会刊登在本篇报导中。

　　本次将介绍「米蕾优．裴利艾．亚达雷特（ミレイユ．フェリエ．アダレット）」与「奥奈特．玛莲（オネット．マーレン）」以及「古雷丝（グレース）」这三名角色。

　　从米蕾优的姓氏可以推测出她是玛堤亚斯的姊姊。在莉迪与苏瑞居住的亚达雷特王国中，担任王国首都．梅尔伯尤王城的柜台小姐，但其实是拥有王位继承权的第一公主。

　　关于战斗相关的介绍，本篇报导将会比之前的报导再更详尽地介绍一次。

　　本作战斗采用的形式为两人一组（前线、后卫）的队伍，且最多可以让三个队伍参加战斗的「搭档战斗」。基本上是选择指令的回合制，不过角色会依据选择的行动不同，而决定到下次行动的间隔时间，因此很有可能角色每行动一次行动顺序就会改变一次。

使用带有容易破防效果的道具进行攻击！一旦破防，敌方就会陷入晕眩状态而无法行动，也因此能增加我方攻击的机会！虽然任何一位队友都可以使用道具，不过可以使用什么道具也会因角色而不同。

当莉迪或苏瑞快要被攻击时，双胞胎以外的前线角色就会发动「支持护卫」保护姊妹俩！至于要不要发动「支持护卫」也是可以任意选择的。

　　配置两人一组的队伍时，前线与后卫的搭配是非常重要的。在之前的报导中曾介绍过的「追击技能」与超必杀技「羁绊爆发技」，都会因为角色的搭配而决定能不能发动。

队伍的组合不仅会关系到追击技能与「支持护卫」，就连「羁绊爆发技」也会影响到，
组合出自己心中最棒的队伍吧！

　　追击技能，就是指在前线角色行动之后，由后卫角色紧接发动攻击系、回复系或辅助系等各式各样的技能。后卫的行动将依条件达成与否而自行发动，可以发动的追击技能则是由「前线的行动」来决定。也因此，如果将不符合追击条件发动的角色搭配在一起的话，就会将战斗情势导向于不利。

由于后卫的追击技能将会因为前线角色的行动而决定，因此前线与后卫的搭配组合也是非常重要的。
追击技能也会因为不同的角色发动攻击系、回复系或辅助系等，各式各样的技能。

　　羁绊爆发技，就是指特定的前线与后卫组合，并且只有当「羁绊能量槽（コンビネーションゲージ）」存满的时候才可以发动的超必杀技。羁绊能量槽可以透过前线给予敌方损伤、或后卫使出追击技能的时候累积能量。

当羁绊能量槽存满时，在普通攻击之后就会在可发动时机显示发动「羁绊爆发技」的指令。要想早点将能量槽储存到满，追击技能是不可或缺的。

「羁绊爆发技」是强大的超必杀技！更可以将各个角色的特色发挥出来，以可以发动大量「羁绊爆发技」的队伍为主来搭配角色吧！

　　接下来，将介绍苏瑞与玛堤亚斯、莉迪与亚尔特、苏菲与菲莉丝的羁绊爆发技。除此之外，似乎还有很多其他组合的羁绊爆发技喔！

　　莉迪与苏瑞，还可以发动特殊的追击技能，她们可以在战斗中调合战斗专用道具并使用。除了之前报导中介绍过的「战斗混合」，还有另外一种「特制混合」。

　　透过完成委托或阅读参考书，就可以＂构思＂「战斗配方」，在战斗中进行调合动作。战斗中虽然只要选择战斗配方就可以制作道具，不过只有莉迪与苏瑞两人才能制作道具，而且也有只能在战斗中制作出来的东西。

　　而「特制混合」还可以为道具加上一种叫做「Ex 效果」的特殊效果。除了能将事先准备的物品强化提升效果，还能藉由追加特定数量的「原初力．灵命」，再获得追加效果。

首先，在已经构思出来的战斗配方中，选择想要制作的道具。其中也有一些专用效果是只能在「战斗混合」与「特制混合」才会出现的。

只有在「特制混合」中才能添加的 Ex 效果「完全冻结」等，专用效果也有各式各样的种类。

追加特定数量的原初力．灵命，Ex 效果又会再强化上去！例如上图的「完全冻结」会变成「永久冻结」，也就完成了 Ex 效果超强化的「透白冰晶（クリスタルレヘルン）」。

一边设想战况与敌方弱点等变量，来选择战斗配方！在「特制混合」的时候，混入的调合道具越强大越能获得更好的效果，因此事前细心准备也是很重要的！

　　在本作，可以在打铁工房（锻冶屋）制作武器与防具还有强化（特别制作）装备。

　　制作装备只要有材料和钱就可以了。一件装备不光只有「攻击力」与「防御力」的数值而已，还有个特别的「装备效力」项目。只要装备效力的数值越高，就可以提高战斗时的伤害与回避率。还有，制作防具的时候，似乎可以从材料拥有的特性中，最多继承三个特性。

　　要强化武器则是要装上「核心配件（コアパーツ）」与「次要配件（サブパーツ）」。这两个配件是经由调合制作而成，也可以互相替换。核心配件能赋予的效果与特性，跟伤害数值有关；次要配件能赋予的效果与特性，则和特殊效果有关。特性最多能选择三个。

选好想要制作的武器之后，再选择要使用的材料。可以制作的装备品将会随着故事进度逐渐增加种类。

跟在炼金工房里进行调合不同，要制作装备品必须要在打铁工房才行。
另外，制作防具的时候，可以继承材料拥有的特性，最多可以选择三个特性继承。

「核心配件」可以赋予跟伤害有关的效果、特性，「次要配件」则是可以赋予跟特殊效果有关的效果、特性。
而效果是直接继承，特性最多可以选择三种继承。

■ Make Superior Items with Skillful Synthesis

The panel-like synthesis system of Atelier Lydie & Suelle sees players inserting ingredients into boxes on a panel. By putting in items that add new effects to the synthesis, such as catalyst and activation items, you can synthesize even more useful items.

Make Skillful Use of Catalyst Bonuses

During synthesis, by putting in items known as catalysts, you can change the amount of panels or manifest catalyst bonus marks that possess special effects onto the panel. Catalyst bonus mark effects only occur when placing ingredients in the proper box, and the placement and effect of the catalyst bonus mark varies depending on the catalyst. Aim to synthesis even better items by skillfully combining synthesis items and catalysts.

Since there are some activation items that effect every box by their simple use, as well as activation items that change the colors of the boxes, how you place ingredients and which activation items you use is important.

Here we will look at syntheses using the same ingredients and same placements, but with different activation items.

—Activation Item Effect: Change

By using an activation item with the “Change” effect, the colors of the all the colored boxes in which ingredients have already been placed will each change to different colors.

—Activation Item Effect: Adjacent Recoloring

When an ingredient has been placed on a colored box, the adjoining boxes of the same color will become the same color. The color change depends on the activation item.

—Activation Item Effect: Insertion

When an ingredient has been placed on a colored box, the squares extending horizontally, vertically, and diagonally from that box will change color. The color change depends on the activation item.

—Activation Item Effect: Total Recoloring

When an ingredient has been placed on a colored box, all of the boxes of the same color as that box will change color. The color change depends on the activation item.

■ Accept Requests from People in the City

Developing your reputation as an atelier is indispensable to increasing your atelier rank. In order to become more famous, Lydie and Suelle go to the bulletin board outside the royal castle with their “Ambitions Notebook” in hand.

Take on All Sorts of Requests

You can accept requests at the bulletin board outside the royal castle, the contents of which are roughly divided into item collection and monster subjugation. By completing requests, you can earn rewards such as money and tools. Do your best not only for the people of Melveille, but also for the rewards and to fill out your Ambitions Notebook.

—1. Accept a Request

There is a bulletin board outside the royal castle where requests are posted. You can accept several requests at once, so choose whichever requests pique your interests.

　　《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》作为“不可思议”系列的集大成之作，大家熟悉的经典角色们都会登场。本周杂志公开了柯尔涅莉雅、帕梅拉和哈格尔三名角色。

柯尔涅莉雅(CV：近藤唯)：从邻国基尔亨贝尔为了调查市场和进货来到梅尔维尤的商人，拥有复制道具的能力。

　　光荣特库摩预定于12月21日发售日版的《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》新公开一波高清图，介绍新公开的三名登场角色以及有关战斗系统的追加情报等内容。

柯尔涅莉雅(CV：近藤唯、画师NOCO)
23岁，身高149cm，职业商人。

在邻国基尔亨贝尔经营“柯尔涅莉雅商会”的女性，这次为了进货并调查市场来到梅尔维尤。由于这里开始了工作室等级制度，引起炼金术士们广大反响，柯尔涅莉雅认为这既是一个商机又是一个出名的好机会，因此充满干劲。

　　她拥有复制道具的能力，原本需要某种“代价”但似乎现在为了老客户提供特别服务的样子。此外从公开的画面看她变得比房子还要大，究竟是发生了什么事呢……

身高158cm，职业修女。
在基尔亨贝尔担任修女的女性，现在在梅尔维尤和格蕾丝一起做修女的工作。原本想乘坐马车回到基尔亨贝尔但坐错了车来到梅尔维尤，目前正在以回到故乡为目标筹集路费。虽然性格松松垮垮但作为修女有一定实力，在教会也颇有人气。

　　本作讲述了新手炼金术士，双胞胎少女莉蒂与苏尔为了成为国家第一的炼金术士而努力的故事。当两人在都城看到“工作室等级制度”的通告后，认为达到最高级别的话就能成为“国家第一”而兴奋不已。为了提升评价接受“等级提升考试”，莉蒂与苏尔要手持“野望笔记”在现实世界与不可思议的“绘画中的世界”中探索并提升炼金术水平。

　　野望笔记是苏尔总结的提升工作室评价的秘籍，也是游戏中的行动指南。笔记中的野望有各种各样的小目标，可以随时查看完成率。根据完成野望的数量还会发生“委托”事件。野望的内容包含在现实世界讨伐魔物或是完成委托，以及在绘画世界采集等多种多样。完成野望就可以提升工作室的评价，接受提升等级的考试。

　　提升工作室的评价后就可以到王城的接待小姐米蕾尤那里接受提升等级的考试。考试的内容根据等级也会有收集道具或讨伐魔物等不同种类。比如这次公开的游戏画面里考试的内容是收集蛋，且魔物掉落的蛋能得到高评价。看来考试评价并不单纯是通过与不通过。

　　而莉蒂与苏尔可以探索的绘画世界，在等级考试结束后接到调查的委托就可以进行探索。一旦进入过一次的绘画世界今后就可以随时出入，两人可以从绘画的世界中带回稀有的材料，而且在绘画的世界中还能够与那边的人进行交流。这些不可思议的绘画都在王城的画廊中，提升等级后就会有人给介绍新的绘画。此外太古老失去力量的绘画通过调合制作特别道具就可以修复。

　　本作的调合是在一个格子阵中投入材料，类似智力游戏一样的玩法。调合开始后投入触媒格子的数量就会变化，并且还会出现触媒奖励的标志。投入与标志相应的材料，调合出的道具就会具备特殊效果。此外如果材料的颜色与格子对应效果还会更好。调合时可以通过使用活性化道具让材料周围的格子变色，这样通过同色奖励可以进一步提升成品的质量。活性化道具随时都可以投入，但只能使用一次。

　　本作的战斗为前卫与后卫一组，共3组人参加。前卫采取特定行动时，后卫会自动使用追随技能。而当前卫与后卫是特定组合时还能发动超必杀技。解锁超必杀技需要满足特定的条件，当在特定时机与特定角色发生特定剧情之后才能解锁，在角色剧情中还能看到他们不为人知的一面。

　　当莉蒂或苏尔作为后卫登场时还能在战斗中调合道具，分为战斗混合和特别混合两种，战斗混合是使用材料调合，特别混合是使用在炼金工房调合好的道具进行调合。这两种混合中使用的素材原灵可以在绘画世界中通过采集或是战斗获得。

■ An Intuitive Synthesis System Where Ingredients are Inserted into Panels

The synthesis system of Atelier Lydie & Suelle sees players choose an item to synthesize, then insert their chosen ingredients into panels. By using a catalyst and activation item during synthesis, it is possible to create an even better item.

Catalyst Bonuses and Activation Items

The catalyst and activation item have a dramatic effect on synthesis, such as the catalyst generating a catalyst bonus mark on the panels in addition to changing the number of panels, or the activation item changing the colors of the panels where ingredients have already been placed. The catalyst can be thrown into the mix at the start of synthesis, and the activation item can be inserted at any time during synthesis.

—Let’s Use a Catalyst Bonus

The catalyst bonus that generates by inserting a catalyst triggers an effect by simply placing an ingredient in that square. Panel number changes and catalyst bonus mark generation differ depending on the type of catalyst used.

—Aim for a Better Effect

Even when not using an activation item, several effects can be attached to the item. If you change the color with reference to the effect level indicated on the right side of the screen, you may be able to make even better items.

—Insert Activation Items at the Right Moment

When ingredients have been placed and you throw in an activation item with the “Total Repaint: Blue” effect on yellow-colored squares, those yellow squares will all become blue, and a new strengthening effect will appear. ■ Strategic and Diverse Battles

The “Combination Battle” system of Atelier Lydie & Suelle sees a maximum of three two-person teams, consisting of one character in the front and one character in the rear, participate in battle. While skillfully activating Follow Skills, which are follow-up attacks from the character in the rear, and Support Guards, which are meant to protect the twins, unleash super special moves called “Combination Arts” to defeat the enemy standing in your way.

Follow Skills

After the character in the front attacks, you can use a Follow Skill from the character in the rear by meeting certain conditions to back up the character in the front. Since the actions of the character in the rear are determined based on the actions of the character in the front, it is important to form a team that makes the best use of character trends, such as whether they are suited for the front or the rear.

The Combination Gauge accumulates as party members in the front deal damage to enemies, and as allies in the rear use Follow Skills. Be sure to try out various combinations.

Battle Mix

When Lydie and Suelle are in the rear, you can activate a “Battle Mix” to synthesize an item for use in battle. Items synthesized through Battle Mix and “Extra Mix,” which use items synthesized beforehand at the atelier, come with exclusive effects that can only be obtained through these two types of syntheses.

—The Important Archeus Anima

Battle Mix requires an item called Archeus Anima. You can find Archeus Anima on the fields in the worlds of paintings, and can also obtain them through battle.

—Synthesize Various Items through Battle Mix

Items that can be synthesized are selected from your Battle Recipes, which can be acquired as rewards for completing requests. There are also exclusive items that only a certain twin can synthesize through Battle Mix and Extra Mix.

透过某个代价，柯内莉雅就可以将物品复制出另一个完全一样的东西。

于前前作《苏菲的炼金工房》中出现过的柯内莉雅。经过岁月的洗礼，终于长高得比房子还要大...... 用膝盖想也知道不可能。似乎是因为什么事情才不小心让身体巨大化的样子。她究竟能不能变回原来的样子呢......？

　　帕梅拉现在虽然在巴纽教会任职修女，但她其实是齐尔亨．贝尔的修女，不知道为何搭错马车来到梅尔伯尤，为了筹措旅费回到故乡而开始存钱。个性「天然呆」令人难以捉摸，但身为修女的素养却是货真价实，在教会中相当受欢迎。

个性令人摸不着头绪，但她不仅拥有修女的素养，在教会里也相当受到欢迎。

令人难以捉摸的个性，不仅怜爱时常造访的莉迪与苏瑞两人，也很疼经常旅行在外的炼金术士．菲莉丝。在巴纽教会里贩卖各式各样的物品。

　　哈捷尔是梅尔伯尤的一名铁匠，为守护代代相传的家族铁匠事业投注了无与伦比的热情。总是以轻松的心情，将一些试验作品给各式各样的人试用，但身为铁匠的手腕却是一级棒，在亚达雷特王国里也算是最高等级。个性开朗、人品又好，最喜欢唱歌。名气甚至高到被刊登在观光旅游书而更被广为人知。

身为铁匠的实力一级棒，在亚达雷特王国中拥有最高阶级的技术。但也不忘工匠的玩心，总是喜欢让各式各样的人试用他的试验作品。很喜欢唱歌，不过他唱歌的实力......？

　　接下来刊登的图是关于本作中，主要角色之间的关系图。而各个角色的信息，都可以从官方网站找到。

　　本作的故事剧情约略说明，就是一对初出茅庐的双胞胎炼金术士「莉迪」与「苏瑞」姊妹俩，以国家第一的炼金工房为目标的故事。

　　姊妹俩注意到都市张贴的「炼金工房阶级制度」公告之后，雀跃不已地想着：让自家炼金工房的阶级升到最高，不就是名副其实的「国家第一」了吗？为了提高工房评价接受「阶级考试」，莉迪与苏瑞带着「野心笔记本」，来回探索现实世界与不可思议的「绘画世界」，一面提升两人炼金术的实力。

　　所谓的「野心笔记本」，里面写满由苏瑞汇整出「能让炼金工房评价上升的秘策」，而这将会成为本作游戏里的行动指南。

　　纪载于笔记本里的野心有分成各种小目标，方便随时掌握达标率。似乎也会根据完成的野心数量而出现「委托」事项。

　　至于野心的项目，在现实世界里大多是「讨伐魔物」与「委托」，绘画世界里则是「采集」等有各式种类。只要完成这些野心项目，就会让炼金工房的评价上升，也就够格可以接受阶级提升的考试。

在绘画世界里采集！
绘画的世界里有很多稀有材料！为了调合出更好的物品，努力在绘画世界里采集材料吧。

在现实世界巡回都市等地方！
不只绘画世界，城市中或是森林等，在现实世界四处巡回讨伐魔物也是野心之一。为了提升炼金工房的评价，脚踏实地努力也是必要的。

接受委托！
要帮助城市里的民众，果然就要靠解决委托！在王城前的广场有一块布告栏，从那里接受委托、完成后再去找左边的服务员大姊姊回报，委托就算是解决了。解决委托也可以获得报酬！

达成野心，让炼金工房变得越来越出名！
只要完成野心，姊妹俩的炼金工房在城镇内评价就会提高。朝着「阶级考试」迈步前进，完成越来越多的野心吧！

　　炼金工房的评价提高后，就可以去找王城里的柜台小姐．米蕾优说话，这样就可以接受提升阶级的考试了。考试内容从收集道具到讨伐魔物等，会因阶级而有不同。游戏画面截图的考试内容仔细看，会发现写着「从魔物身上得到的蛋会获得高评分」这样一句话，看来评分不单单只是看合格与否的样子。

考试内容，从收集居民不够的物品到讨伐令人困扰的魔物等，会根据阶级而有不同的题目。右下角的署名是米蕾优的亲笔签名！

还以为考试题目只是单纯收集蛋而已，没想到讨伐魔物也是炼金术士重要的工作。

努力完成考试题目
有些考试题目也会要缴纳复数特定道具。缴纳物品可以分成数次进行，缴纳总数似乎也会影响考评！？

终于提高炼金工房阶级！
漂亮完成考试题目后，就可以提高炼金工房的阶级了。如此反复下去，就能慢慢地让炼金工房成为国家第一！

　　关于莉迪与苏瑞可以前去探索的不可思议绘画世界，就在完成阶级考试之后，会委托两人进行调查，也因此能前往探索。曾进去过一次的绘画世界，在之后都能自由来去，还有可能带回稀世材料。另外，似乎也有生活在绘画世界中的居民。

　　这幅不可思议的画，就展示在王城内的画廊里。只要炼金工房的阶级提升，就可以听取新绘画的介绍。另外，还有些不可思议绘画因为太过老旧而失去力量，似乎需要制作特别道具进行修复。

不可思议的绘画不只一幅
在王城画廊里展示的不可思议绘画。原来不可思议的绘画不只一幅，提升炼金工房的阶级后，就可以听取新绘画的介绍。曾经去过一次的绘画世界，在之后都可以自由进出，随着故事进行下去，如果再次造访旧地说不定会有不同的发现......！？

也有需要修复的不可思议绘画
因为太老旧而失去力量的不可思议绘画，只要透过调合制作特别道具就可以修复。

不论哪一幅绘画世界都充满了不可思议！
空中漂浮着奇妙的球体。在这样如梦似幻的绘画世界中，莉迪与苏瑞两人将不断碰上她们从没想过的不可思议。

　　关于道具调合内容，在官方网站中都有统整了，本篇报导也会将其概要在这边统整一遍。

　　本作的调合系统，是类似拼图那样让玩家把材料镶嵌进去的形式。在开始调合的时候，将「触媒」丢入就可以让面板的数量产生变化，另外也会出现「触媒额外效果标记」。调和出的道具各项附加效果都会各别对应一个标记和颜色，若放入材料时，材料在面板上产生的颜色与覆盖到的额外效果标记有和道具附加效果的标记和颜色契合，就会产生出更优良的效果。

　　而且，在调合时使用「活性化道具」还可以改变已经放置材料的面板颜色。「涂改相邻格子」、「插入」与「全染」等，改变的效果有许多种类，让颜色与额外效果的标记配对在一起，调合出的道具质量就会变得更好。

　　活性化道具虽然能在任何时机投入炼金大釜里，但是在调合过程中只能使用一次，也因此显得投入时机的重要性。

　　本作的战斗系统，如同之前的报导所介绍，采取前线与后卫两人一组、最多三组参加战斗的「搭档战斗」形式。

当前线角色采取特定的行动，后卫就会发动「追击技能」，小队如果搭配特定的前线与后卫角色，还可能发动超必杀技「羁绊爆发」，由此看出搭配队伍的重要性。

在前线攻击之后，如果满足某些特定条件，后卫角色就会发动追击技能来支持前线！由于后卫的行动取决于前线的行动，也因此队伍搭配时必须考虑到底是要以前线为主、或是以后卫为主。

前线的苏菲攻击后，后卫的亚尔特追击！
在苏菲使用技能攻击后，亚尔特的追击技能紧接在后成功发动！要发动追击技能的条件有多种可能，追击技能本身也带有攻击系、回复系，以及辅助系等种类。

保护莉迪与苏瑞的支持护卫！
在莉迪或是苏瑞快要受到攻击时，我方的前线角色（除了姊妹俩人）就会使出支持护卫，保护双胞胎。玩家也可以自行决定要不要发动支持护卫。

合力一击的超必杀技「羁绊爆发」！
菲莉丝与苏瑞～羁绊爆发「菲莉丝的惊喜」～
特定的前线与后卫组合，并且只有在「羁绊能量槽」存满的时候才可以发动的超必杀技「羁绊爆发」！当前线受到敌方攻击、或是后卫使出追击技能，就可以让羁绊能量槽慢慢储存。尝试各种不同的配对，排出超有特色的队伍吧！

　　不过，羁绊爆发技似乎存有解锁条件的样子。在梅尔伯尤城镇中，在某些特定的时机就会发生伙伴角色的事件，透过发生的事件或许能看见不同于平常的伙伴。如果想要解锁羁绊爆发技，与伙伴们度过各种时光也是很重要的一点。

　　具体上来说，虽然没有明确表示两者之间的关连，但是观看事件等加深角色对彼此的理解，也有可能就是解锁条件之一。

苏菲与菲莉丝这两位炼金术的大前辈，正围绕在努力进行调合的莉迪与苏瑞身边。虽然姊妹俩的实力还远远不及她们，但为了有朝一日变成令前辈们吃惊的炼金术士——国家第一炼金工房的炼金术士，姊妹俩人一心一意努力向前迈步。

在炼金工房．伏尔泰尔前开心欢笑的莉迪与露夏。虽然两人从小就是玩伴，但其实露夏是年纪比双胞胎要大上一点的小姊姊。

　　另外，先前的报导也曾经介绍过莉迪与苏瑞姊妹俩，只有在后卫的时候才可以使出特别的追击技能．战斗专用的道具调合。虽然在先前还没有说明「战斗混合」与「特制混合」两者之间的差异，不过两者的差别，似乎只是战斗混合使用的是材料，特制混合使用的则是在炼金工房里调合出来的道具。

　　而在执行战斗混合，或是特制混合想要附加「Ex 效果」的时候，都会需要一种叫做「原初力．灵命」的道具。这个奇妙的道具只有在绘画世界里透过采集与战斗才可以获得。

Atelier Lydie & Suelle PS4 demo launches December 15 in Japan
《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》将推出体验版存档可继承

　　Gust 预定于12月21日发售的《莉蒂 & 丝尔的炼金工房～不可思议绘画的炼金术士～》宣布将于12月15日推出体验版，仅限PS4平台。

　　体验版可游玩至第二章，并且存档可继承到正式版当中。另外体验版中将无法触发支线剧情、战斗与调合等级上限为10、无法变更音乐、无法更换服装、不支持PS4/PSV跨平台存档(因为体验版只有PS4)。

　　此外游戏还将与《新大众高尔夫》进行联动。

Gust will release a demo for the PlayStation 4 version of Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings via the Japanese PlayStation Store in Japan on December 15, the developer announced during a presentation for the game held in Japan today.

The demo will let users play the main scenario up to the second chapter. Save data from the demo can be imported into the full version when it launches.

Gust noted the following differences between the demo and the full version of the game:

Non-main events, including character events and sub-events, will not occur.
Battle level and synthesis level are capped at level 10.
Background music cannot be changed.
Costumes cannot be changed.
Cross-save loading cannot be done.

Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings is due out for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PS Vita in Japan on December 21, and for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on March 27 in North America and March 30 in Europe.

Discover New Tools and Master Alchemy In Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemist And The Mysterious Paintings

Koei Tecmo America today reveals the all-new Ambition Journal, alongside additions to the series staple synthesis gameplay, for Gust Studio’s latest entry to the heart-warming Atelier series. Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings is slated to release on March 27, 2018 for PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC via Steam, inviting players to live the adventures of twin alchemists Lydie and Suelle, through magnificent landscapes within mysterious paintings, in their quest to become the best alchemists.

To help the pair reach their joint goal of running the best atelier, Suelle creates the Ambitions Journal where she tracks everything they need to accomplish along the way. The ambitions listed in their journal contain tasks related to the key pillars of the Atelier series: alchemy, synthesis, battle, and character relations. As these are completed, Important Quests are unlocked, which will raise the twin’s Atelier Rank upon their completion. This rank is extremely important for young alchemists as chances of discovering new paintings increases the more they level up their Atelier - and opening up opportunities to undertake the ever-necessary alchemy Promotion Tests.

Throughout their adventures in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings, the twins will find a bounty of resources which will be needed to create incredibly useful items. Synthesizing items is a necessity for the twins to perfect their skills, as they train to run the best atelier in the country. The Synthesis system has been tweaked with the addition of Enhancing Agents, making the learning process easier for aspiring alchemists. The newly introduced Enhancing Agents attach new effects onto synthesized items and, depending on the agent used, will change the synthesis panel in unique ways.

Change Agents cause colored tiles to transform into the color of the agent, while Color Adjacent Agents turn the chosen tile and those next to it into the same color. Additionally Connect Agents change all of the tiles connected horizontally, vertically and diagonally to the chosen square into the same color. Color All Agents causes all tiles of the same color to transform into the color of the agent. Carefully utilizing these agents at the right time can ensure synthesized items are even more effective. For example, bombs can have a wider explosive radius and perform more damage; while health items will have stronger healing properties.

A dynamic new trailer was released today, focusing on the prominent Promotion Test featured in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Journey, alongside a bounty of colorful new screenshots which further detail the Synthesis System. These screenshots also introduce three new worlds; the imposing boss enemy, Falgior; and a collection of new characters: the famous pirate captain, Backen; the bright, noisy and energetic travelling scriptwriter, Drossel; the travelling puppeteer, Fritz; the ever passionate town Blacksmith, Hagel; and the popular nun from Kirchen Bell, Pamela.

外貌端莊美麗，加上對任何人都很有禮貌的舉止，給人一種高不可攀的感覺。但其實有些壞心眼且野心勃勃。

來到「鍊金工房．伏爾泰爾」發現露夏居然正在將陽傘強化成足以戰鬥的武器。
露夏也就此加入隊伍戰鬥了！露夏將會在第五話之後成為夥伴。

露夏的武器是陽傘。不僅擁有提升攻擊力與速度的技能，擔任後衛時也會幫忙回復 MP，
還會使用能累積羈絆能量槽的追擊技能，大大地幫助我方。

和兒時玩伴蘇瑞使出默契極佳的羈絆爆發！
能對單體目標造成大傷害，還會發放給予大擊退的兩張時間卡。

前往《BLUE REFLECTION 幻舞少女之劍》的世界

「新天地大冒險套組第二發」，將會新增《幻舞少女之劍》合作地圖繪畫世界「藍色感情之地」，以及新的野外地圖，還可以獲得裝備道具「魔法少女的戒指（三種）」。另外，音樂集裡面還收錄了二十首以上《幻舞少女之劍》的 BGM。

可以和這個世界獨有的魔物戰鬥，也可以獲得只有這個世界才有的材料。此地圖將於最終話之後開放。

擁有壓倒性力量與存在感的原種「勝利」立於此地
想打倒牠絕非易事，但只要打贏，就可以獲得那些魔法少女們的戒指。戒指帶有「反射攻擊」的效果，會讓魔物的攻擊傷害低機率變成 1，下次受到的傷害也會變成 1 點。

郊外地圖「馮托斯採礦場（ヴェントゥス採鉱場）」
在萬綠茂密之中，可以看見木造的人工建築與礦山。跟其他採集地相比，比較容易獲得效果與特性良好的材料。此地圖將於最終話之後開放。

音樂集《幻舞少女之劍》（售價：500 日元＋稅）

背景音樂可以從鍊金工房的桌子變更，配合各種場合設定自己喜歡的曲目

Koei Tecmo America is proud to announce today the launch of the final instalment in the Atelier Mysterious Trilogy - Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings. Experience the game on PlayStation 4 Computer Entertainment System, Nintendo Switch™ and digitally on Windows PC via Steam. Explore the final narrative concluding the Mysterious trilogy with an all-new heart-warming adventure.

In Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings players are able to synthesize items while in battle for immediate use through Battle Mix and Extra Mix, with each opening up a range of new strategic options. Battle Mix focuses on crafting special Battle Recipes that enhance weaponry or cause a drastic change to the battlefield conditions to give the players a tactical advantage. Extra Mix utilizes pre-synthesized items and allows the player to add new characteristics in ways which were previously impossible. Extra Mix allows for the creation of the Enormous Bomb, which has a wider explosive radius and deals a much heavier blow then a normal bomb. Alchemy is your friend, so experimenting with various ingredients can lead to unique outcomes, with plenty of different items to match each player’s gameplay style.

Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings includes anticipated re-appearances of protagonists from the previous Mysterious titles: Atelier Sophie and Atelier Firis. Bringing back a more experienced Sophie, Plachta, Firis and her protective sister Liane to help Lydie and Suelle. While working hard to hone their skills, the twins uncovers a mysterious-looking painting and, as they reach out to investigate, the girls are drawn inside a world bountiful with rare materials perfect for Alchemy. Nelk and the Legendary Alchemists: Atelier of a New Land announced for PS4, Switch, and PS Vita

The latest issues of Weekly Famitsu and Dengeki PlayStation reveal Nelk and the Legendary Alchemists: Atelier of a New Land, a town-building RPG entry in the Atelier series for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PS Vita. It will launch in 2018 in Japan for 7,800 yen on PlayStation 4 and Switch, and 6,800 yen on PS Vita, with a limited edition also available for 10,800 yen and 9,800 yen, respectively. Character designs are by NOCO.

The game’s title character is Nelke von Luchetam*, who is voiced by Rina Honnizumi. She is the daughter of a noble admired by sages. She has no alchemic talent. She becomes the lord of the remote region of Vestbalt* on behalf of her father, and is looking for the “Sage’s Relic” while developing her village as a noble.

Players will be able to freely construct facilities for their village while spending money and consulting others. It will only be a village at first, but can eventually become a city. The level of freedom in town creation and how you enjoy the game is said to be a focus. If you build an atelier and assign Marie to work there, it will become her atelier.

As you develop your village, the protagonists from previous entries in the Atelier series will visit. Confirmed characters include Marie, Meruru, Ayesha, Sophie, Viola, Klein, and Vayne. There are also silhouettes of nine other characters, six of which appear to be Elie, Lilie, Judie, Rorona, Escha, and Logy.

Rather than have warped from their original worlds, the protagonists from previous entries in the series are depicted as humans living in the world of this game. That being said, each character’s situation is different from if they came from their original worlds.

The game will still feature exploration, battle, and alchemy elements. 3D models appear during event scenes and 2D illustrations appear during dialogue scenes.

Gust said it is considering making Legendary Alchemists a new series where all of the characters from the series appear. And while this game is a spin-off entry, Gust said it is already thinking about the next traditional entry.

Some developer interview tidbits from Weekly Famitsu have come in:

• At first, we had ideas for an all-star party game and love simulation game. (Laughs.)
• The reason why all the alchemists from previous games gather at Vestbalt is because of its Grantzvite wood, which alchemists find fascinating. However, since this is a festival title, we hope you can not worry too much about the small details and enjoy the game.
• Dozens of characters from previous games will appear, so please look forward to that.
• Exploration in this game is similar to the DS and Salburg series. The concept is that there are phases where you move to exploration areas, during each of which you can battle and collect ingredients, before going back [to town] that phase ends.
• The story does not change based on how you develop the city, but rather on how develop your friendships with the characters.
• There will be character episodes.
