房租 Rental：
RM 500/ RM 600 monthly，*Deposit 2+1

水电 Electric & water bills：
平分 Shared basis.

条件：
华裔，爱干净，爱护公物，准时交租，无不良嗜好（吸毒、偷窃等）
Conditions:
Chinese, keep the house clean and tidy, caring for public property,
pay rent on time, no bad habits (drugs, theft, etc.)

人数 Number：
每房不超过2人 No more than 2 person per room.

迁入日期 Move-In Date：
隨時，可搬入；
Any time, you can move-in now.

房内將备有单人床架、全新单人床褥、书桌、衣橱
(Room with single bed frame, new single bed mattress, desk, wardrobe)

如情侣的话，单人床架和床褥可换成双人床褥

*Deposits of rental & utilities has to be paid 1st before moving into the house.
Which is 1st month rental + 2 MONTHS of deposits of room rental + 1 MONTH utilities.

*Deposits are refundable if no damages of the furniture in the house and room.
