如果想找人做photobooth不要找Memoxx Clixx Studio(Photography by Albxxx Goh) / Lixe Lixe Production(Videography – By Chong Hxx Yxxx) 的 Ng Lxx Yxxx, 他是Videographer 的女友 . 他做东西喜欢一直托 ,从 25.12.2013 谈,半年的时间 ,结婚前一天 16.5.2014,他才做好我的photobooth. 结果发现做出来不是我要的。而且他对顾客态度也不好。
因为真的不好看,我最后也没装。 我叫她扣装的费用,还有在最后一分钟做好我不能改的费用,她就一直要 make things clear, 摆明不要扣给我,因为隔天是我们的大日子, 我们也不要跟他吵,影响心情。我们付他100%,另外因为我的Videographer 是他的男友。 我的photographer 是他们的合作伙伴,也是我老公儿时一起玩的朋友。 如果我不付他钱,我隔天的video 可能会有问题。
Please allow us this opportunity to apologise for the inconveniences you experienced with us. We’ve been in business for 5 years and we had served more than 100 couples so far and we strive to create a smooth and joyous wedding occasion for all of our respectful clients. However, we sincerely regret we fell short of our goal for your big day.
Since the incident, we have implemented new processes and steps in order to ensure such a situation does not recur. Also, we had our work organised and thus so far, we are able to handover our product on time to each of every customer. Furthermore, we always keep striving in improving our business system on how to push our services and the quality of our photos/videos to a better level.
As we realise that this does not make up for the time and effort already spent in this instance, but we do hope that it does in some way show how truly regretful we are in what you had been experiencing with us. You deserved better – a lot better – from us last year and we let you down. Nothing is more important than regaining your trust and all of us here hope you will give us the opportunity to sit down with you and to resolve the issue. Not forgetting to mention that we would also like to know who is the client whom we had their photos sent 10 months after their wedding day, which is the exception to the rule and not in keeping with our standards or expectation, so that we can show our sincere apology to them as well.
