对不起这几天较忙。要成为机师有3种方法。

1)参加航空公司的机师培训。简单的解释所谓机师培训是指公司培训没有飞行经验的人成为一名专业机师，如果幸运被公司选中，公司将会送您到飞行学院受训为期1年半到两年。毕业后开始在航空公司里工作直到你的training bond到期，过后你可以选择继续留在公司里做到退休还是跳槽别的航空公司里做。（亚航和新航有招聘女生，马航没有）

2)加入政府部门如：空军，警察飞行组.

3)自费报读 （不太鼓励）

以下就是每个航空公司机师培训的条件和要求。

亚航的条件：（今年会招聘，留意官方网和报纸）
1）Malaysian citizen, aged between 18 and 28 as at date of application
2）Passed SPM (or its equivalent that is recognised by the Malaysian Government) with a minimum score of, as listed below and all taken in ONE attempt
* Science Stream : “A” in English, “A” in Mathematics and “A-” in Physics OR
* Arts Stream: “A” in English, “A” in Mathematics and “A” in General Science AND
* With a minimum total of any 05 subjects , where the minimum achieved scoring must not be less than “B+” inclusive of English and Mathematics and Physics or General Science .
OR
* Possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science-related disciplines with CGPA 3.0 and above and at SPM level scored at least a “B+” in the all the subjects mentioned above and taken in one sitting.
3）)Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
4）)Must be physically and mentally fit with good eyesight (visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6 and not colour blind. Should be able to successfully pass a medical examination up to a Class 1 standard conducted by a Department of Civil Aviation Authorised Medical Examiner (DAME)
5) Minimum height of 163 cm (5ft 3in)
6) Be prepared to sign a training bond with a surety

马航的条件：（马航暂时不会招聘新人）
1)Malaysian citizen, age between 18 to 26 years old
2)Pass SPM or its equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian Government with six (6) credits including Bahasa Malaysia and a minimum of B4 in Mathematics, Physics and English taken in one sitting.
Or
1)Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science related disciplines with minimum CGPA 3.0 or above and six (6) credits with pass in Bahasa Malaysia in SPM taken in one sitting.
2)Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken
3)Must be physically and mentally fit with good eyesight (visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6) and not colour blind.
4)Minimum height 163 cm (5ft 4in).

新航的条件：（暂时也不会招聘新人）
1）Malaysian Citizen
2）GCE ‘A’ level, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree. In addition, you must have obtained a minimum of 5 Credits in the GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent, at one sitting. These must include English, Mathematics and a Science subject, preferably Physics.
3） At least 1.65 m in height
4） Myopia of not more than 500 degrees and astigmatism of not more than 125 degrees. fully correctable with optical aids. For candidates who have undergone corrective eye surgery (e.g. Lasik), the pre-surgical visual acuity should also meet the above requirements
5） Medically fit

如何知道有消息招聘，多留意航空公司的官方网和每逢星期六的The Star报纸。

要想成为空军，成绩也是大同小异，除了英，数，里外，马来文，add math,和化学也是要 credits。健康方面要fit。多留意马来报和空军的官方网吧。

警察飞行组只给inspector加入而已。也就是说先成为警察，如果你本身有学位的话出来就是一位inspector (如有错或者更详细的资料请分享）过后你就可以向政府申请飞行组。

关于自费说真我不太鼓励，因为在这里已经有超过1500人毕业后没有工作。但如果真的要读的话，首先必须要准备300k++学费，然后SPM的成绩必须要5个credits包括 英，数，物理（文科生就看general science的成绩）和其他两科就可以。当你两样都有了和准备了后，就去寻找飞行学校。以下就是飞行学校的官方网站里面的资料更详细：

飞机师的执照主要有4种：

1)SPL (Student Pilot Licence）学生飞行员执照

2)PPL (Private Pilot Licence）私人飞机师执照

*在你仅拥有私人机师执照前（PPL）你会持有SPL(Student Pilot LicenceL(SPL)而已，当你在SPL的阶段里完成80小时的ground training (所谓读theory和航空法律等等）完成飞行课程和完成飞行考试，你就会拿到PPL，这licence你只可以驾驶单引擎飞机师（除非你有M.E Multi Engine Rating（著称双引擎的执照）你就可以驾驶双引擎的飞机，但双引擎的执照目前只有飞行学校有做而已，flying club是没有的做）或业余机师，并不能成为民航机师和有利益的飞行。除非你有AFI Rating（教官执照）你就可以在Flying Club里（飞行俱乐部）工作成为教官教人驾驶飞机。

资格：17岁以上,通过第二级宇航医药检查。如果在Flying club里报读PPL是无需学历条件，但必须要懂得听和   写英文。但在飞行学校里就要看学历
时间：课程三个月、飞行达45个小时。
价钱：在KL大概32k-40k之间。

3)CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence/Multi Engine,Instrument iRating) 商业飞机师执照/双引擎,仪器执照。
*这执照是成为民航机师的基本执照.

资格：18岁以上、SPM考获5科优等包括科学或物理、数学、英文。拥有私人飞机师执照及飞行记录达200小时和完成CPL ground school theory、通过第一级宇航医药检查。
时间：1年半到-2年。
价钱：大概300k,更详细可以拨打学校询问价钱。（课程里面包括ATPL课程)

4）ATPL (Airlines Transport Pilot Licence)航空公司飞机师执照
*拥有商业飞机师执照、飞行记录达1千500小时後就会得到ATPL.成为副机师

资格：21岁以上、拥有商业飞机师执照、Pass 完ATPL subjects和飞行记录达1千500小时後就会得到,在你还没clock到1500小时前你只持有frozen ATPL.


要成为教官，您的PPL，CPL必须要有150小时的P.I.C (pilot in command)
