1.可以申请直接进入第二年。
2.ptptn可以借满多少，是要看你的申请背景和资格。
  你有在ktar借过的话应该知道。
3.学费我建议你直接向学校询问会比较准确，怕是有更动了。
4.可以跟我说这是在哪里看到的吗？这样看了不是很明白。
  cgpa这个如果可以的话也请你直接跟学校询问。
5.据我ktar的朋友说的，在ktar借了loan过后，到了utar还是可以借的。但最新的情况还是自己去查一下会比较好。
  你可以到utar的升学处问一下。

因为我是用uec直接进入utar的，而且已经毕业，所以无法给你完整最新的消息。
如果要知道准确无误的资料，麻烦你到utar问一问了。
或上官网询问，打电话也可以。

要cgpa2。5以上才可以进year2
max ptptn是六十千，可以再借
学费marketing的是rm265,000

拉曼学院diploma去utar bachelor degree可以exemption 第一年？
CGPA > 2.5
