4TH MALAYSIA’S JEWELLERY DESIGN AWARDS 2014
In conjunction with Malaysia International Jewellery Fair 2014 (MIJF) 2014, we are proud to present you again Malaysia’s most prestigious jewellery design competition – MIJF Jewellery Design Awards 2014.

MIJF Jewellery Design Awards facilitates the Organizer’s vision in elevating Malaysian jewellery industry towards an international standard and eventually transform into the industry’s trendsetter. With much success towards achieving visions, MIJF Jewellery Design Awards in the previous year had collected over 400 students’ submission from all over the globe including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA and more countries ever since its second introduction.

With the theme “The Classic Royal”, explore your hidden love towards the antiquity of nobles in last 20th century from different continents. The luxury jewellery from the royalties varies in designs and kinds from culture to culture, and are unique in every sense, strongly attaching to their native cultures. Expect the world’s most exclusive classic royal jewelleries to be showcased ONLY in MIJF Jewellery Design Awards 2014.

Outstanding Award Winner x 1       
•        Trophy and Certificate
•        Scholarship for 9 weeks Jewelry Design Class from GIA Thailand.
•        8 weeks internship opportunity with Amee Philips Sdn Bhd       

Winners x 4
•        RM 3000 cash
•        Trophy and Certificate
•        The winner’s design will be manufactured and marketed by sponsor’s retail/outlet.
•        The winner’s design will be showcased in the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair and in any of publicity.       

Finalists x 16
•        Certificate
•        All Finalists’ design will be showcased in the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair and in any of its publicity.

PARTICIPANTS REQUIREMENTS
•        Open to all students of art or design schools in Malaysia and Asia.
•        Participant must be under 28 years of age on the day of the competition.
•        Participation is on an individual and not a company basis.
•        Employees of Elite Expo Sdn Bhd, sponsors, the independent judges, student affiliated with independent judges’ jewellery academy and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this competition.
