37. Additional Provisions and/or Disclosures. The personal data is collected and processed by or on behalf of the Government in connection with the provision of the Agreement. Failure to supply such information may result in the Landlord being unable to provide the Premises. We may use the Personal Data you provided for one or more of the following purposes (hereinafter referred to as “Purposes”): a) the processing of your agreement(s) for the future; b) conducting credit checks; c) updating our records about you; d) contacting you by advertising and/or publishing on any media; e) ensuring your ongoing credit worthiness; f) for the supply of any information and/or services which we may provide to you or required by you from time to time including text message (SMS) alert or email notification; g) determining the amount of indebtedness owed to or by you; h) for prevention and detection of crime (including, without limitation, money laundering, terrorism and fraud prevention, detection and prosecution); i) required by laws or regulations to disclose the personal data; and j) any other reasonable purpose(s) which might be informed by the Landlord to you in the future.
The Landlord may process the personal data provided and consented by you and obtain the details of your personal data from Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS), Dishonoured Cheque Information System (DCHEQS), Financial Institutions Statistical System (FISS), other credit companies such as Credit Tip-Off System Sdn Bhd (CTOS), RAM Credit Information Sdn Bhd (RAMCI), SME Credit Bureau (M) Sdn Bhd, CAGAMAS Bhd, Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (LHDN), regulatory authorities/private companies and/or any other public sources which Landlord has access to in relation to the Purposes described above.


The potential tenant (hereinaftre "guest") hereby IRREVOCABLY consent given to Landlord to access their financial information as stated as abovementioned. The guest's, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Landlord against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Landlord's default, negligence or otherwise.
