工作性质:	- Assists sales person on document preparation - Support sales person in sales order, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery - Answer and follow up on all phone call and walk in customer requires - Maintain good relationship with customers - Update and manage customer database and documentation
工作地点:	Larkin, Johor Bahru
工作时间:	星期一至五：9.00am - 5.00pm 星期六：9.00am - 2pm
工作日期:	星期一至五：9.00am - 5.00pm 星期六：9.00am - 2pm
工钱:	MYR1,5000 - MYR3,000 视经验而定
条件:	-Possess minimum SPM or other equivalent -Possess Degree / Diploma holder in related discipline -Fresh graduates also encourage to apply -Required language(s) - Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English -Strong track record in property sales -Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in property sales / real estate industry -Familiar with developer Property Sales System -Able to liaise with purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors -Able to handle billings and monitor sales collections -Aggressive and with good communication and inter-personal skills -Results oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently -Relevant experience in a similar position would be an advantage
