✔Perform day-to-day HR planning and executions of talent development activities.
✔Participate and assist in internal and external recruitment activities.
✔Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, social media etc.
✔Conducting interviews and providing necessary inputs in the hiring process.
✔Conducting interviews over the phone (first interviews) for suitable candidates.
✔Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews (second interviews).
✔Setting recruitment targets and achieving them accordingly.
✔Responsible for employees’ onboardings in order to become fully integrated.
✔Engaging with employees on a regular basis for employees’ well-being.
✔Perform any ad-hoc tasks. |

| 条件: |
✔Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
✔At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
✔Good communicating and writing skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently.
✔Required Language: Mandarin (is a MUST), English.
✔Preferably Senior executives specialising in Human Resources or equivalent.
✔Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✔Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
✔Full time position(s) available. |
