Human Resource Generalist
1. Recruitment: to conduct new recruit’s registration, contract endorsement and orientation;
2. Payroll: to release payroll by collecting, calculating and finalizing allowances, Overtime, loan, basic pay and other pay elements;
3. Attendance: to organize attendance records for payroll delivery and for the application of government grants (eg. NSmen grant, Childcare grant and Foreign Worker Levy refund);
4. Training: to identify training needs and arrange training course for employees;
5. MOM Survey: to complete MOM’s surveys and to respond to MOM’s queries;
6. Foreign Worker-related: to apply, renew, extent or cancel work passes; to submit IR21 after resignation;
7. Company Grant Application: to liaise/cooperate with grant providers to ensure the company to meet grants’ requirements;
8. Others: to issue official employment related letters; to control CPF ceiling and conduct necessary adjustment; to submit IR8A at year end; to conduct exit interview for feedback collections; to order stationary and uniforms;
9. Company Petty cash Management – to deliver Payable/Receivable entry and reconcile with the balance of company petty cash in Autocount;
10. HR related Journal Entry: to map and deliver Payroll Journal entry according to pay elements; to accrual and reverse Salary, CPF and FWL amounts on monthly basis; to assist auditor to pass adjustment entries with analysis;
11. HR related Account maintenance: to maintain and reconcile HR related accounts including Personal loan accounts, Allowance accounts, Subsidy account, Bonus account, CPF accounts, Accrual accounts, FWL accounts and Salary accounts, in both HR and Accounting system (Sage and Autocount). |

1. In depth knowledge of Labor laws and other HR related legislations;
2. Basic knowledge of finance management;
3. Experience in designing and conducting both on-the-job and off-the-job training;
4. Familiar with government grants and application process;
5. Analytic skills in data analysis and reporting statistics;
6. Computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office; ability to process and analyze payroll using HR software;
7. A good command of English and a decent command of Chinese language; excellent communication skills with the ability to cooperate with line managers;
8. 3-year or above experience in HR role is preferred
9. Working experience in transport industry is preferred ;
10. Driving license holder is preferred. |
