这是EUNICE和姐姐（VIVIENNE)一手打造的现代简约的一个温暖的家。所有的帆布油画都是由EUNICE手绘,加上一些家具多了一些个人风格的墙壁，以确保我们的客人能够有一个舒适，独特的经验，希望大家可以珍惜与爱护这个房子。所有客房都配有私人浴室。

超级宽敞的carpark 及马路适合party 可park 很多辆车子。适合迎亲队伍，这区住户不多所以不会怕干扰邻居。

房子内部有四个房间：

CASA B，
CASA L，
CASA U
和CASA Ë
BLUE(蓝色)

蓝色是天空和海洋的颜色。这是一个追求和平与安宁的代表，同时促进身心放松的颜色。
蓝色有助于减轻压力，创造平静，放松和自由。
其中最重要的房子规则你必须遵守：请受享和放松。

我们很乐意接受你们的建议，希望您能用宝贵的时间在这里与我们分享您的想法。

这是设计独特的双层排楼位于市区，直接从柔佛到新加坡需10分钟车程。 10分钟到购物区
（CITY SQUARE ,JBCC ,KSL ）; 5分钟到圣淘沙花园和彩虹区。

这是一个全新设计的家，地理位置优越，主要是提供游客们舒适假期住宿，房子可住多达12-20人。它也可以是你的家外之家，适合商务之旅；也可作为一个精致的宽敞房子，与你的朋友在节日聚会的好去处！所有房间都有门锁这保证您的隐私，让你感觉像家一样的拥有自己的私人浴室！这是一个安全富有守卫保安的社区。你可以享受的私人湖泊风景，这是最好的烧烤，慢跑，儿童游乐场，全部在安全保护范围内。

This is a home designed by Eunice thriving to bring you a modern and simple lifestyle of living. All canvas painting are hand painted by Eunice plus a few more personal touches in some furnitures and wall to ensure a comfortable, unique and lovely experiences for our guests.We hope everyone can treat the house with care and love.

There are four Rooms in the house: Casa B, Casa L, Casa U and Casa E
BLUE is the color of sky and sea.
This is a color that seeks peace and tranquility above everything else, promoting both physical and mental relaxation. It reduces stress, creating a sense of calmness, relaxation and order - freedom. One of the most important house rule: please enjoy and relax.

This is a designer double storey terrance house located right 5 minutes drive from Johor-Singapore custom. 10 minutes to JB Town ( KSL, Holiday Plaza)
5 minutes to Sentosa and Pelangi area. All rooms with private ensuite bathroom. Coming soon..

The Space

This is a brand new designer home with strategic location,which aims to provide you a space for family during holidays which can accommodate up to 16 people. It can also be your home away from home while you are on your business trip. Or an exquisite spacious house for your friends gathering during festive season!

Guest Access

All rooms are attached to their own private bathroom which assured your privacy and make you feel like home!

The Neighbourhood

This is a security guarded community with low density of residential houses. You get to enjoy the private lake area which is best for BBQ, jogging, playground for kids, all within the security boundary.

-events and functions decoration
