How to improve my English?

for me...i deleted my Chinese input system so that i forced to SMS v english...
at the beginning ,i suggest to watch more english movie...v English subtitle only....then learn how to speak v others...
second ...not matter how ...speaking english is the only way...but if u not dare to speak...just try to speak with some of your close fren..that's it ..

haha sorry my english grammar  is pretty poor..and nice to meet you all~~~
