不知道是不是streamyx搞的鬼，我和朋友都中招！

最近streamyx的网速真的很龟速，我用的是Rm 140, 4mbps的， 在unifi release之前可以说是一等一，
他们服务人员一直打来，基于我家里的考虑因素，我们没有换。
这几个星期我的4mbps网速去speedtest.net测试的时候只有1mbps，甚至0.78mbps,
我只是不要换unifi，我还是给足足Rm140一分都没少，我的网速不是应该给我稳稳好好的吗？
还是是因为我一直不要换，streamyx就这样搞我们这些无辜的消费者，很多朋友都遇到这个问题了，一个网友回应如下：

Streamyx now is really screwed up. I believed a lot of people having the same issue with me. The internet either is slow like hell or disconnected. When you called to the customer service center they will answer you like as below :

Me : Hello is  it TM customer service.
Operator : Yes.
Me : May i know why this few week the internet so slow is it cable got problem.
Operator: Cable work totally fine, may i know which package you are using currently.
Me : Currently i'm using RM99 streamyx 1mb
Operator : Oh 1mb internet speed, maybe you can try our latest service UniFi is 4mb internet
Me : Excuse me you haven't answer my question may i know what is the reason why the internet so slow?
Operator : Continue advertise UniFi how great and fast
Me : Ok nevermind i will try to restart my modem and see how. Off the phone

From the conversation above i guess i know what is the reason why streamyx so slow.

They are actually advertising UniFi to the streamyx user. I believed they have do something on the our connection and make it not reach what we paid for. When this happen some people will go for UniFi will get faster connection. I believe what we currently get the connection speed is less than half of our package. This is the way Malaysia TM earn money from consumer like us. Last time i at Menara TM what actually the staff are doing from i go work to lunch and go home they actually is youtube-ing all the way. Now even worst because of this UniFi population is low. Now they actually slow our line down to force us change to UniFi.

讲真的，为什么不要直接换unifi?
unifi跟streamyx真的是差超多的，我用了这么多年都没有问题。
之前用streamyx的时候几乎每个礼拜都要打电话给他们报到。

unifi又快又稳，它是唯一一个让我觉得malaysia有进步的东西

价钱问题
家里只有一个人用的话1mbps根本都是足够了
还有internet每个月负担不少啊

我朋友之前也是这样 用着streamyx
unifi最近coverage开到她家
tm有call他们家换unifi 可是他们觉得不需要
一直没有换 就越变越差

过后无可奈何 换unifi了

也许像你说的，这些都是强制性要你们换。楼主应该把旧的换了。。

每天打去投诉，并printscreen speed test，我曾经闹了一个月后，网速成功回复。

尝试投诉去SKMM看他们怕没，可惜我这里没有Unifi，我目前用8mbps的
