SOCIAL MEDIA COORINATOR

Job Descriptions :

- Daily copywriting and content management for company’s social media platforms such as content posting and scheduling, updates and changes, conversation engagements, generating traffic and subscribers, cultivate a continuous social presence and value-add customer experience.

- Banner and graphic creations for company website, social media platforms, product promotions, events and festivals, advertising and marketing materials.
- Post contents for feeds and with main focus in generating followers & “discussion-starter” topics in alignment with social media strategies.
- Plan, present, execute, evaluate and reporting effectiveness of social media strategies for promotions and marketing plans for maximum exposure.
- Review and provide appropriate interactions with other online users, and transfer inquiries & feedbacks to appropriate departments.
- Monitor conversations and consumer comments, and take appropriate actions.
- Other tasks assigned and delegated by supervisors.
Job Requirements:

- Candidate must at least possess a post Graduate Diploma, post Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Business IT/Media Studies & Communication Design/Digital Marketing/Digital Media Communication/Advertising and Public Relations or equivalent.

- Advanced command in English language is strongly required. Possess spoken and written knowledge in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

- Digitally savvy and actively participated in a wide variety of social media activities, mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube.

- Must possess advanced practical knowledge and skills in imaging and video creation.

- Knowledge in marketing strategies on social media and online advertising on the internet platform.

- Pleasantly mannered, well organised, self-motivated, problem solver, able to work with deadlines.

- Possession of personal transportation.




Plus Points:

- Having web building and development knowledge, programming skills are plus points.

- Practical videography and photography skills.
