The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launches March 3

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will launch for Switch and Wii U on March 3 alongside the release of the Switch hardware, Nintendo announced.

Here’s an overview of the game, via Nintendo:

Prepare for the biggest Legend of Zelda adventure yet, with an open-air style that breaks new boundaries while honoring the origins of the acclaimed series. Explore a world of unprecedented size and discover more than 100 puzzle-filled Shrines of Trials, plus a wide variety of weapons, outfits and gear. Players won’t want to stop playing, and they won’t have to since Nintendo Switch allows them to continue the adventure anywhere, anytime.

The game is compatible with Zelda 30th Anniversary series amiibo, the Wolf Link amiibo (which will be re-issued as a standalone amiibo on Feb. 3) and the new Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild series amiibo. In addition to the previously announced Link (Rider), Link (Archer) and Guardian amiibo, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild series amiibo will also include new Zelda and Bokoblin amiibo. The amiibo in this series carry a suggested retail price of $15.99, except for the massive Guardian amiibo, which has a suggested retail price of $19.99.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will provide players with a landmark Nintendo Switch experience on the system’s launch day in March, and will be available as a standard edition, Special Edition and Master Edition. The Special Edition includes the game, a Nintendo Switch Sheikah Slate Carrying Case, Sheikah Eye Collectible Coin, Relic of Hyrule: Calamity Ganon Tapestry and Weather-Worn Map, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sound Selection CD for a suggested retail price of $99.99. The Master Edition includes all of those items plus a Master Sword of Resurrection figure, and has a suggested retail price of $129.99.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe announced for Switch

   

Nintendo has announced Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Switch. It will launch on April 28.

Capcom Announces Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers For Nintendo Switch

Capcom is pleased to announce today that Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers will be coming to Nintendo Switch! Street Fighter II, the game that defined the fighting game genre in the 1990’s returns featuring all of the classic characters, a host of brand new features as well as two new fighters; Evil Ryu and Violent Ken.

Featuring a stellar line-up of characters, players will be able to choose to fight in the classic pixel-art graphics for a retro nostalgia trip or enjoy a completely new modern look brought to you on the Nintendo Switch. In addition to the standard versus mode action, you can now choose to team up with a friend to take on a CPU opponent. 　　这款主机可支持如此之大的存储空间，也是出乎很多人的意料。据外媒 Game Informer介绍，目前市面上还没有 2TB 的 SDXC 外置存储卡，并且 1TB 的 SDXC 外置存储卡还需要很长一段时间上市！目前普通玩家可以买到的最大空间的 SDXC 存储卡只有 512 GB，但是其最低售价已经达到了200 美元（Switch的售价也仅为300美元）。

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap Coming to Switch



We are Coming to Nintendo Switch!

It was hard to keep the secret, but finally we can spill those edamame beans... Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap is coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2017!

A reunion was held in mushroom kingdom under a veil of absolute secrecy, where Nintendo suggested we could bring the game over to their upcoming platform. Needless to say it was a unique opportunity and as soon as we saw the system we knew we wanted to get the game on it. We started working on it and well, HERE WE ARE!

The game plays fantastic on the Nintendo Switch! It runs at a smooth 60 FPS, the screen and colors in handheld mode are amazing, and it plays just as well in full HD when docked. We can’t wait to show you more!

In the meanwhile, you can check out the official console page if you would like to know more about the Switch (available worldwide March 3rd, 2017!).

If you don’t plan to dock yourself on the Switch bandwagon just yet, rest assured, the game will also be coming to other platforms! We will announce them as well as the game release date as soon as we are ready… and we’ve got a bunch of other cool news coming.

《超级玛利欧：奥德赛》睽违 15 年的「箱庭探索」玩法 能用 NS 尽情游玩的 3D 玛利欧

　　2017 年 1 月 14 日 Nintendo Switch 体验会第一天，在舞台活动中介绍了《超级玛利欧 奥德赛（スーパーマリオ オデッセイ）》。 身为本作制作人的小泉欢晃，总监元仓健太，侃侃而谈已经在 1 月 13 日的发表会上刚曝光过的本作。



　　本作是由小泉、元仓以及宫本茂等开发团队共同讨论出来的结果，以「能用 Nintendo Switch 尽情游玩的 3D 玛利欧」为主旨而打造出来的作品。 在开发团队中本来就有许多想要制作出来的游戏点子，实际将这些点子制作出来玩玩看后，将特别有趣的要素，大量放入本作的箱庭关卡。

　　虽然提到「3D 玛利欧」以及「箱庭」这两个词，但以目前来说的 3D 玛利欧，有《超级玛利欧 64（スーパーマリオ 64）》、《超级玛利欧阳光（スーパーマリオサンシャイン）》、《超级玛利欧银河（スーパーマリオギャラクシー）》、《超级玛利欧银河 2（スーパーマリオギャラクシー 2）》、《超级玛利欧 3D 乐园（スーパーマリオ 3D ランド）》、《超级玛利欧 3D 世界（スーパーマリオ 3D ワールド）》这六部作品。 且小泉继续在这里将六部作品分成了单纯突破关卡的「单线闯关型 3D（コースクリア 3D）」，以及可以自由探索关卡的「箱庭探索 3D」，而分类至后者类别的只有《超级玛利欧 64》跟《超级玛利欧阳光》这两部作品而已。 回想《超级玛利欧 64》是在 1996 年发售的，而《超级玛利欧阳光》则是在 2002 年发售，那么最新作的《超级玛利欧 奥德赛》其实是睽违 15 年之久的「箱庭探索 3D 玛利欧」。



　　顺便一提，小泉欢晃其实从《超级玛利欧 64》开发时就有相当重要的关系，可说是 3D 玛利欧的生父。 当时小泉和正在将玛利欧 3D 化的宫本开始讨论，最后决定让玛利欧可以探索各式各样的地方，也将踩跳以外的动作更加丰富。 其结果，便是制作出了超高自由度的游戏。

　　另一方面，元仓健太也是在另一款箱庭探索 3D 型的作品《超级玛利欧阳光》中担任设计角色参加开发团队的人物，该作也是各种经历许多挑战的作品。 小泉也是，在 GAME CUBE 推出时提高了硬件规格，因此让他决定以创造更加宽敞又美丽，彷佛能令人沉迷的舞台为目标，也回忆起因为想对玛利欧恶搞一下，所以加入了很多让他拿着帮浦的表情行动等事情。

　　那么，可说是从上述两作品进化而来的《超级玛利欧 奥德赛》究竟是什么样的作品呢？ 舞台上首先介绍了玛利欧出现于本作中的基本动作。 那些曾出现在《超级玛利欧 64》中的动作，像是三段跳跃、跳远、后空翻，还有屁屁下撞后的大跳跃、爬树、身体冲击等都在本作中复活！ 而玛利欧在本作中的新动作，便是在宣传片中看过的投掷帽子。 玛利欧丢出去的帽子会在空中浮游一定的时间，让他可以把帽子当成脚踏板使用。



　　关于本作的故事，元仓首先说出「是一个『拯救被库巴掳走的碧姬公主』的故事」，将会场的观众给逗笑。 但是这次，库巴似乎还打算跟碧姬公主结婚，「看来这次的库巴是相当认真的。 」

　　在本作中，玛利欧会乘坐一艘帽子形状的飞行船前往「某个地球」冒险。 离开蘑菇王国，造访世界中的各个国家，「如果能前往这样的地方不是很开心吗？ 」一面带着这样的想法一面开发。



也介绍了游戏舞台。 很多人在意的现实风格都市关卡中，要爬爬看哪栋大楼、踩看看哪一台出租车，或是如果踩了行人不知道会发生什么事？ 之类的想法，加入了各种许多让人想要去看看、试看看的元素。 比起这上述更重要的，就是让玩家有「主动探索」的想法，而这似乎就是本作的重点

　　如果是看过宣传片的人，是不是正想着「有眼睛的帽子到底是谁」诸如此类的想法呢？ 当然，这顶帽子就是本作的关键角色。 根据小泉的说法，从《超级玛利欧 64》开始就把帽子当作特征，也是当时让玛利欧变化能力的道具，但是本作将其强化，变成一个相当独特的东西。

   

　　在活动的最后，元仓表示「前往『某个地球』冒险的玛利欧，以及出现了有眼睛的帽子这样一个角色。 今天就请各位记住这两个要点。 这款睽违 15 年的箱庭玛利欧，是以兴奋雀跃不已的心情制作的。 」小泉接着表示「在本作中更增加不少类似箱庭的乐趣，敬请各位期待。 本作既然以『旅行』作为主题，利用 Nintendo Switch 的功能，不仅能在旅行时带着它一起玩，或是也可以在客厅体验玛利欧的旅行，敬请期待游山玩水的体验吧！ 」说完，舞台活动也跟着告一段落。

《魔法气泡俄罗斯方块 S》与 Nintendo Switch 同步推出 享受世界规模的网络对战

　　SEGA Games 于近日公布，Nintendo Switch 专用游戏软件《魔法气泡俄罗斯方块 S（ぷよぷよテトリス S）》将于 Nintendo Switch 主机发售日当天（3 月 3 日）发售。 实体版本、下载版本的价格皆为 4990 日圆（未税）。 日本 CERO 分级为 A（适用全年龄玩家）。



　　本作是把《魔法气泡》与《俄罗斯方块》的游戏系统融合的话题性动作益智游戏《魔法气泡俄罗斯方块》（PS4 ／ PS3 ／ Xbox One ／ Wii U ／ PS Vita ／ 3DS），针对 Nintendo Switch 平台进行优化而成的游戏软件。 能够进行 1 人至 4 人为止的对战，在本作品内还实装了全新的网络对战模式「全世界益智联盟（全世界パズルリーグ）」。

Nintendo Switch 专用《苍翼默示录》相关作品与《新大开拓时代》两款游戏现正开发中

　　ARC System Works 于近日公布，目前正针对 Nintendo Switch 平台开发《苍翼默示录（ブレイブルー）》相关作品、《新大开拓时代 ～来打造城镇吧～（新大开拓时代 ～街をつくろう～） 》。 两款皆未公布发售时期与价格。 关于后者的部分由于将以 “Nintendo Switch 下载软件” 的形式推出，或许也可将其视为 “下载专用” 游戏。





　　关于 2D 对战格斗游戏《苍翼默示录》系列的相关作品，目前虽然仍未公布详情，但对系列粉丝而言可说是个好消息。



　　另一款《新大开拓时代 ～来打造城镇吧～》则是以 Nintendo 3DS 下载游戏软件的形式开放下载的《大开拓时代》的续篇作品。

　　本作品是对称之为「开拓者」的角色下达指示，藉由砍伐树木、或是采掘岩石来收集「建材」，使用这些建材来建造「建筑物」来持续扩大领地的作品。 与《大开拓时代》相比建筑物及动物的数量增加，还追加了如携带宠物行走、或是钓鱼等众多新要素。

「圣火降魔录 Direct」将于 19 日举办 预计透露手机游戏新作及更多消息

　　任天堂昨（17）日宣布，将在 1 月 19 日上午 6：00播送预录像像「圣火降魔录 Direct 2017.1.19」，透过 Nintendo Direct 官方页面、 YouTube Live 以及 niconico 生放送播出。



　　本次举办的 Direct 预定将释出任天堂发行的策略仿真 RPG《圣火降魔录》系列的最新消息。 根据官方推特的先行透露，除了确定会现身在 “智能型手机 ” 登场的系列最新作之外，还会释出更多关于本系列的相关情报。 也可期待甫于 Nintendo Switch 发表会中透露的《圣火降魔录无双》的续报。 有兴趣的玩家不妨持续关注。
