Frank West Returns in Dead Rising 4

Hey Zombie fans! On behalf of the entire development team at Capcom Vancouver, we’re extremely excited to bring Frank West back to the Dead Rising series in Dead Rising 4.

Frank is back in Willamette, Colorado sixteen years after the events of the original Dead Rising. A mysterious outbreak has overrun the Willamette Memorial Megaplex Mall and surrounding town with deadly predators and Frank soon realizes that what’s dead doesn’t always stay that way.

As Frank seeks to uncover the truth behind the outbreak, he will face new undead enemies, including the Fresh – newly zombified victims that will turn in front of his eyes and exhibit superior speed and ferocity, and the Evo – zombies with superior strength and mobility that mimic the behavior of predatory hunting animals.

Additionally, all of our fan-favorite features return including the ability to combine hundreds of weapons and vehicles to combat the horde ranging from the practical – to the practically insane. Frank will also have access to all-new EXO Suits, giving him super strength and incredible fire power including the ability to rip down part of the world to use as a weapon – from giant pipes to parking meters.

We’re also bringing fans a new approach to multiplayer, allowing you to play together with four friends to complete missions and conquer the zombie infested Willamette Memorial Megaplex, or quick match and join a game in progress with players around the world.

Rumor: Dead Rising 4 images leaked



First images of what’s purported to be Dead Rising 4, which has not been officially announced, have leaked online ahead of E3 next week.

The images first appeared on 4chan (as found by ThisGenGaming), before Kotaku followed up with its own report. “Although we’ve grown not to put much faith in blurry off-screen photos, I recently saw another shot of that same poster from a different source, which helps corroborate the leak,” Kotaku’s Jason Schreier said.





According to Kotaku, the game is set in Willamette, Colorado and “may be a remake of some sort.” It will likely be announced at Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference. Rumors suggest it will be exclusive to Xbox One and PC.



Update 1:45 p.m.: More information has surfaced via Twitter user @Ekim_GAF, who is vouched for by leaker Enter the Dragon Punch from the original story. According to Ekim, Dead Rising 4 is a remake of the original Dead Rising set during Christmas and will feature four-player co-op, and likely access to the areas outside the mall where the first game was set.

【E3 16】法兰克再度回归《死亡复苏 4》将于 2016 耶诞档期上市

　　今日微软所举行的 E3 展前发表会上，公布了以殭尸为题材的动作游戏《死亡复苏》《丧尸围城》系列最新作《死亡复苏 4》的消息，并是出了首部宣传影片。

　　在今日所公开的宣传影片中，可看见《死亡复苏》主角法兰克优闲的坐在椅子上，搭配轻松的耶诞音乐作为开头，并在他使用手机的过程中，也可看见由他亲自加上的标记「法兰克回来了」。 虽然在影片中尚未透漏关于作品的详细信息，但可在这部首部释出的宣传影片中看到像是外骨骼装甲、或者是犄角龙喷火头等... 装备。

　　《死亡复苏 4》预定将于 Xbox One、Windows 10 平台登场，目前预定发售日期为 2016 年耶诞假期推出。

　　今天 CAPCOM 官方正式确认第一集《丧尸围城》（Dead Rising）将登陆PC、PS4和XboxOne。此外《丧尸围城2》（Dead Rising 2）以及《丧尸围城2：绝密档案》（Dead Rising Off Record）也将确认登陆PS4和Xbox One。目前奖杯成就信息网站 Exophase 公开了《丧尸围城》的奖杯列表。

　　但目前 CAPCOM 还没有公布PC、PS4和XboxOne平台的《丧尸围城》是重新制作详情或者只是个简单的移植。

　　根据欧洲游戏媒体 Eurogamer.net 报导，CAPCOM 方面已经确认当年在 Xbox 360 上推出的动作冒险游戏《死亡复苏（Dead Rising）》将会在 PS4、Xbox One 与 PC 推出。

　　专门追踪各类游戏成就 / 奖杯等信息的社群网站 Exophase.com，日前公布了一份 PS4 版的《死亡复苏》奖杯列表，透露游戏将移植到 PS4 上推出的消息。 后续根据 Eurogamer.net 等多家游戏媒体向 CAPCOM 求证的结果，证明了此事为真。

　　根据目前 CAPCOM 官方的说法，今年问世届满 10 周年的系列初代作《死亡复苏》将会在 PS4、box One 与 PC 推出，此外续作《死亡复苏 2》与《死亡复苏 2：非公开事件》也会在 PS4 与 Xbox One 推出。 就《恶灵古堡》系列的模式来看，新推出的版本预料会是 HD 强化版，但官方目前并未透露进一步的具体消息，仍有待后续确认。

《丧尸围城》次世代合集版正式公布 后续会考虑将更多的作品HD或重制！

　　昨天Xbox One商城 刊登了《丧尸围城》合集三版（ Dead Rising Triple Pack）Xbox One平台的发售日。本作于 2016年9月13日《丧尸围城》、《丧尸围城2》以及《丧尸围城2：绝密档案》将登陆次世代主机平台PS4和Xbox One，这三部游戏大小一共为8GB。

　　另外在近期媒体MCV采访中，Capcom欧洲地区CEO Antoine MolantAnt 以《生化危机2》重制为例。他表示由于生化粉丝呼声非常高，而Capcom考虑到玩家们的呼声并积极响应，重制的关键是由市场和粉丝们决定的。

　　所以Capcom还是会仔细考察市场和玩家们的需求，考虑继续推出重制版或HD的游戏，不过说道具体游戏的名字，Antoine Molant表示现在还太早，并不能透露。由于Capcom 手中的热门系列太多，曾今创造的辉煌作品数不胜数。这么看来卡普空之后的HD或重制化道路还有很长很长。。

剧情简介

　　《丧尸围城》（Dead Rising）初代作品发生在美国威勒米特市，某日政府突然对这里进行了封锁，主角Frank West是一名记者，为了获得独家新闻而租用了一架直升飞机独自前往调查，而到达后却看到一片人间炼狱。

　　《丧尸围城2》（Dead Rising 2）故事发生在初代作品5年后，地点在一座名为幸运市的赌城，主角是一名名为Chuck Greene的摩托车手，在一个充满丧尸的城市中用生命为赌注换取救治女儿的药物。

　　《丧尸围城2：绝密档案》（Dead Rising 2: Off the Record）则继续讲述初代主角的故事，在初代故事后他成为了明星，不过很快他又陷入了人生低谷，为了挽回自己的人生，他参加了丧失暴虐大赛。

Re-live the Original Zombie Outbreaks as the Classic Dead Rising Series Returns

2016 is the year of Dead Rising and what better way to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the series than to re-live the classic zombie outbreaks.
