D-Form 自身4th single『Life-illusion/Deep Dream』2009年2月10日发布决定！继『Fate Tie/CHRiSTMaSY』后又一双A面主打单曲、『Life-illusion』为大气曲风作品、同时作为『未定』CM song、而『Deep Dream』为主唱Dorlyne亲自操刀以女性爱恋角度填词的抒情作品、并且作为Kagura F-abulator新人Miyako首篇Short Story『Pain』的theme song！c/w曲则是2nd single 『E.T rhapsody』发行前录制的同曲异词版本！此外也收入1st mini album 『pre-touch the Kagura』中的新曲『age of reason』之『age of reason -harmony acappella version-』全4作未定曲数收入预订！
