Network Engineer
Requirement:
•        Candidate to possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or relevant working experience.
•        Valid IT certifications from Cisco, Juniper or any other Enterprise networking products is an advantage.
•        Full-Time position(s)
•        Some experience in network design and implementation as well as a good understanding in networking fundamentals preferred
•        Be able to work effectively in a team and independently
•        Able to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
Primary Job Description
•        Troubleshooting network issues
•        Plan and implement network solutions using industry best practices
•        Secure network systems by enforcing policies, managing access.
•        Plan and execute network equipment upgrades to the latest stable firmware release.
•        To configure and integrate Next Generation Firewall equipment, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches, Enterprise WIFI solution and servers.
•        Post Project Network Documentation
•        Pass and maintain relevant certifications as required by the company

Responsibilities
•        To provide installation and post-sales support for system and network installation covering:
o        Enterprise WIFI solution
o        Layer 2 and 3 network switches
o        Next Generation Firewall equipment
o        Virtual system - VMware and Hyper-V
o        Enterprise storage system



Support Engineer
Requirements
•        Preferably Junior Executives with experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support or IT/Computer – Hardware or system networks or equivalent.
•        0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in any of the above areas in the capacity of a IT solution provider
•        Practical experience or IT certification in VMware, Microsoft, Cisco or Juniper is an advantage.
•        Good communication skills are essential.
•        Entry level candidates with aptitude for acquiring new skill sets are welcome to apply
Selected candidates will be provided with on-the-job training and classroom based training courses to obtain the necessary certification and skillsets required for the job. Skills specialization will be put in-place for candidates who demonstrate specific interests and strengths in either network, system or storage systems.
