为什么我问同样银行职员给我的回复会不同呢?那个职员说15%的打油回扣的一个月限500零吉油费，此打油回扣没有期限。。。如果以你的为标准，那么期限后打油回扣是多少呢?

怎么说我误导别人呢？事实上我们的卡就是有这样的benefit,我也有说明了，有兴趣pm我，当然如果顾客要申请我们也会把所有的T&C说清楚，我是Bank Staff当然知道law,并不像那些Agent为了赚取佣金而随便乱讲！如果我有说错什么欢迎您到我们的银行投诉我！

月限應該是450零吉， 15%回扣就RM67.50。
我所陳述的是馬來西亞渣打銀行官方網站列出來的明文條規，應該比那個職員口述的來得真確，因爲是白紙黑字。

28. Successful Eligible Customers who take up either the Business Gold or the Business Platinum Credit Card with the Bank via the Bank’s direct sales agencies or the Bank’s branches, as principal cardholders, will also be entitled to Petrol CashBack Reward for the following Reward Periods:
a) Eligible cards approved from 7 – 31 November 2012: Petrol CashBack Reward period is until 31 May 2013.
(b) Eligible cards approved from 1 – 31 December 2012: CashBack Reward period is until 30 June 2013.
(c) Eligible cards approved from 1 January 2013: CashBack Reward period is until 31 July 2013.

29. Petrol CashBack Reward is applicable only for petrol purchases in Malaysia.
(a) Petrol purchases include transactions done at both island pumps and inside petrol kiosks, provided they are categorised by the merchant using approved petrol purchase codes. The Bank will not be responsible for any error in category codes used by the merchant.
(b) The Bank’s records of details and dates of transactions are final and conclusive for purposes of this Campaign.
(c) Petrol CashBack Rewards; credit card applications via the Bank’s direct sales agencies or the Bank’s branches, the applicable cap is RM68 per month per customer.
(d) In addition, the Bank will pay out only up to a maximum total Petrol CashBack of RM8,700,000 from 7 November 2012 to 31 July 2013, across all Successful Eligible Customers. ("Campaign Cap").
(e) This Petrol CashBack will be credited to the customer’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the transaction month.

Example
Mr A had applied for a Priority Banking Visa Infinite through the Branches, which was approved on 9 November 2012 and another Business Platinum which was approved on 15 November 2012.

This means he is eligible for Petrol CashBack for his Priority Banking Visa Infinite card ONLY and the Petrol CashBack Reward starts from 9 November 2012 to 31 May, 2013, subject to the Campaign Cap as stated in paragraph 27(d).

Mr. A spent a total of RM510 (Business Platinum) and RM480 (Priority Banking Visa Infinite) on petrol transactions throughout November 2012. His Petrol CashBack Reward will be based only on RM480, where 15% of this amount is RM72.00. However, the cap of RM68 per month will apply, which means that Mr A will receive a Petrol CashBack amount of RM68 for that month. This amount will be credited to his card account within 45 days from end November, namely by 15 January 2013.

Assuming that the Bank has paid out the maximum total CashBack amount of RM8,700,000 across all Eligible Customers by 19 April 2013; Mr. A will not receive any further Petrol CashBack Reward for petrol purchases after that date.
