A Retail lifestyle department store (百货商店) opening position for:
BRANCH SUPERVISOR / MANAGER - Basic Salary $2200 - $2500

• Managing all daily routines and other operations of the outlet effectively, through well execution of plan, do, check and control.
• Preferably with 2- 4 years or more supervisory experience in a small to medium size store or department
• Maximize sales and profits of the outlet, to achieve and excel above the sales targets.
• Handle staff issues such as interview, discipline, performance and motivation.
• Manage work schedule, stock, displays, security, safety and customer service. .
• Communicate effectively with the outlet staff, the management, other departments, other outlets, suppliers, customers and other parties. - Perform hands-on works and any other ad-hoc duties personally when necessary, such as cashiering and moving stock. • Possess good communication and interaction skills
• Have passion & knowledge in retail operation, e.g. display, customer service, stock management and staff
• No. of days: 6day, 9hr weekly rotating shift work with 45mins meal break
• Location: Island wide (morning from 8am-5pm, afternoon from 1pm-10pm / morning from 8.30am-5.30pm, afternoon from 12.45pm-9.45pm)
