Account Assistant (Based in Taman Pandan Johor)

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Responsible for invoices and payments
• Able to handle partial accounts of payable/receivables, AP/AR reconciliations

Requirements:

•       Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
•       Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts
•       Computer literate - MS Excel and MS Words
•       Knowledge of UBS or other accounting software is an added advantage
•       Team-worker, good interpersonal skills
•       Preferably junior executive specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent

Accounts Executive (Based in Taman Pandan Johor)

Responsibilities:
•       Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Company’s full set of accounts and full audit, tax computation and related matters.
•       Take a key role for all the financial, management reporting for the Malaysian operations
•       Control and monitor daily workflow of the accounts team
•       Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretarial agents, lawyers and bankers on Company accounting matters
•       To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements:
•       Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with minimum of 5 years related working experience.
•       Good analytical and inter-personal skills
•       Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
•       Ability to work independently and lead and motivate a small team
•       Those who can start work immediately preferred
