Position: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
Experience: 5-7 years
Type: Contract – 1 year
Salary: S$ 3800-5800++
Skills:
• Overall 5+ years of Functional consulting experience.
• Oracle ERP Knowledge for Oracle E-Business Finance - GL, Consolidation, GIS, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
• Experience in managing a Oracle ERP implementation team , at least 4 years of proven experience in Oracle ERP implementation
• Good knowledge on functional primary and technical secondary
• ERP integration experience between Oracle and other systems.
• Oracle E-business R12 Upgrade experience
• Team player with positive attitude
• Able to multi task and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Oracle ERP application
• Execute R12/R11i Finance module implementation
• Manage, Lead and assist teammates in technical and functional roles
• Work with cross team in related projects and requests to support day-to-day operation
• Provide ongoing and monitor the progress of the Financial module
• Strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Skills:
- Prior experience in investment (prefer real estate) applications in designing and developing dashboards & analytics
- Application (.Net) to Database (PL/SQL) interface experience will be preferred.
- Experience in .Net platform -- development, support, debugging, testing
- Experience in Oracle or SQL Server

Position: IT Presales Consultant
Type: Permanent
Experience: 6 – 10 years
Salary: S$ 3500-9500++
Skills:
• Application Development / Management Experience in .Net, Java, Oracle, & SQL Server will be essential
• Proven track record in understanding customer requirements providing an effective proposal that details on the onboarding and service delivery approach and service management
• Experience in IT Service Management utilizing ITIL V3 standards, V3 Expert Certification preferred
• Should have handled large teams as well as worked independently
• Experience in handling multiple projects and accounts at the same time.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact successfully with all levels of the Customer and internal IT support organization
• Good relationship management skills with a dedicated and positive attitude
• Knowledge and experience of contract and/or supplier management roles
• Reasonable technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa
• Innovative in respect of service quality and ways in which it can be improved within the bounds of the organization’s limits (resource, budgetary, legal etc.)

• Good understanding of the IT market/trends on Business Intelligence and Analytics
• University degree or an equivalent technical/IT education
• Should have had hands-on development and working experience in full lifecycle Business Analytics and Data Warehousing projects.
• Experience in managing BI projects is plus
• Experience working with a database systems like Oracle, MS SQL, SAP, etc…
• Experience with one or more operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Knowledge and experience of BI products such as SAS, Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, Microsoft, Qlikview, etc…
• Knowledge of Data warehousing tools like GreenPlum and Teradata
• Knowledgeable in IT architecture
• Good knowledge of technologies such as OLAP, SOA, Middleware, ETL (Informatica), Java and SQL
• Excellent communication skills - able to articulate key messages very clearly
• Excellent documentation skills, ability to draw solution and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio, MS Power Point etc.
• Openness to work with different languages & cultures
• Ability to work in (virtual) teams. To get a specific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spread out in different countries
Responsibilities:
• Respond to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal (Product Questions with thorough answers, Architecture and Infrastructure Questions)
• Create infrastructure draft proposals (Proposed architecture, Sample Architecture, Supported Platform and sizing information)
• Assist in the creation of customized Business Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Doing Presentations, POCs and demos to customers
• Deliver pre-defined Partner Enablement services
• Proactively support sales teams and partners in positioning BI as a key differentiator
• Maintain in depth and up to date knowledge of relevant business drivers & typical customer needs
• Ensure collaboration with industry presales teams, partners, the core technology presales community and sales.
• Actively develop product expertise
