U.S mkt :
U.S stocks closed yesterday for Martin Luther King Day Holiday.

European mkt :
European stocks ended slightly lower with light volume on Monday after news that ECB was scrutinizing some non performing loans.

Gold :
Gold prices swung btw small gains and losses on monday as trade volumes remained light with U.S mkt closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

Crude oil :
Crude oil prices rebound slightly after slump to 2003 low of below $28 per barrel as mkt anticipated a rise in Iranian exports after the lifting of sanctions agst Tehran over weekend.

M'sia mkt :
Bursa mkt ended lower on Monday in line with sluggish Asian mkt due to disappointing US sales data and continuing slide in crude oil prices.

Crude palm oil :
M'sia palm oil prices rose on Monday on improved Chinese Daliam soybean oil performance and firm physical pricing.
