Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 ‘Hero Colosseum’ gameplay

   

Bandai Namco has released a gameplay video of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 showing the upcoming “Hero Colosseum” content being added to the game as a free update this fall.

Hero Colosseum is described as a “game within the game” with its own story mode where players will experience tactical figurine battles.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

Dragon Ball FighterZ Adds Gotenks, Kid Buu and Ultimate Gohan



Gotenks, Kid Buu, and Adult Gohan will be playable in Dragon Ball FighterZ, the latest issue of V-Jump reveals.

Gotenks’ Meteor special attack is “Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball.” While Gotenks’ partner in performing this technique is Piccolo in the original work, the scene will change depending on the partners you assemble in the game. Kid Buu’s special attack is “Planet Burst.” Adult Gohan can use “Unlock Potential” by consuming the Ki Gauge, the magnification of which changes depending on the amount of ki in the gauge. His special move is “Ultimate Kamehameha.”

Outside of the new characters, the magazine also reveals:

Shop – Players will be able to purchase character color variations and titles by spending the Zeni earned in battle.
Arcade Mode – Fight a predetermined number of battles. The route will change depending on whether you win or lose.

Dragon Ball FighterZ will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 26 in the Americas and Europe, and February 1 in Japan.

Unleash special moves with extremely flashy names one after the next! Continuous attacks that put adults to shame, with powerful special moves that don’t fail to live up to their name. Use the “Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack” to summon ghosts that deal damage upon impact. Use the Meteor special attack “Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball” to imprison your opponent within multiple rings in the shape of a ball. From there, one of your team members will jump in and start playing volleyball. Finish it off with a spike! The scenes for some of Gotenks’ special moves will change depending on the combination of team members.

Kid Buu has tricky attacks that make use of his elastic body. Since he has both power and speed, he can be a troublesome foe. He has unpredictable movements, such as stretching into the shape of a ball. His Meteor special attack is “Planet Burst”—that attack that destroys the earth. The opponent stands no chance once it hits.

Borrowing the power of Old Kai, Gohan unlocked his potential. With special attacks, his abilities have significantly improved. Use all of the Ki Gauge to unlock your potential! Depending on the amount of the Ki Gauge consumed, the magnification of Gohan’s abilities increase will change. Gohan’s Meteor special attack is “Ultimate Kamehameha.” Neither its power or number of hits can be compared to the regular Kamehameha.

3 more characters in the base roster and details about the arcade mode for Dragon Ball FighterZ

Roster from the base game will include 3 more playable characters! Players will be pleased to play Gotenks, Gohan (adult) and Kid Buu from the beginning. As all of the playable characters, they will have special abilities and attacks to spice up the battles. For example, Gotenks has a short reach but rapid movements such as the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. To change the outcome of the fight, Gohan can unleash his ultimate ability in mid-game to unlock his true power! With his high speed and high power, Kid Buu is an expert for tricky attacks. He can also stretch his arm, so reach should never be a problem!

In Arcade Mode, players will be able to test their strength. They will fight against stronger and stronger enemies to increase rank and become the strongest fighter of Dragon Ball FighterZ! In this mode, 3 courses are available and when the course is completed, Hard Mode is unlocked.

With the Zeni points collected in all the battles, players will also have the opportunity to unlock alternative colors for playable characters and get various items in the in-game shop.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 ‘Hero Colosseum’ update now available

The fall update for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is now available, which adds the new “Hero Colosseum” mode to the game in addition to other new features.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC ‘Extra Pack 1’ launches today

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 downloadable content “Extra Pack 1” will be available today, Bandai Namco announced.

The add-on will be available standalone for $9.99 or in a set with the February 2018-due “Extra Pack 2” for $16.99. Extra Pack 2 will add four more playable characters.

“Extra Pack 1” includes Tapion, Android 13, Dabura, and Buu (Gohan Absorbed) as playable characters, Zamasu as an instructor, four new costumes, five parallel quests, 13 new skills, and eight new Super Souls.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

　　今日万代南门宫公布了2D横版格斗游戏《龙珠格斗Z（Dragon Ball Fighter Z）》公布了新角色「青年悟饭」的参战宣传视频。在本作中「青年悟饭」的五维分别是力量: 3、速度: 4、范围: 3、技巧: 4、能量: 2，是一名偏向肉搏的力量型角色。

　　「青年悟饭」的必杀技为「终极龟派气功」，此外悟饭还能消耗自己的气来强化自己的各项潜能，潜能增长的幅度取决于气的多少。

　　《龙珠格斗Z》将在2018年1月26日发售，登陆PlayStation 4, Xbox One以及PC平台。
