Dreams launches in 2018, The Game Awards 2017 trailer

   

Dreams will launch for PlayStation 4 in 2018, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Media Molecule announced at The Game Awards 2017.











26 minutes of Dreams gameplay, new details

Media Molecule showcased 26 minutes of Dreams gameplay during the “Media Molecule Presents Dreams” panel at PlayStation Experience 2017.

The studio also shared information about the game’s story mode, creation tools, and social aspects during the panel. Here are the tidbits, via IGN:

• Dreams will feature three intertwined stories with different genres and gameplay ideas. The story focuses on a man named Art and the characters within his dreams.
• Francis and Foxy are two playable characters that appear in Art’s dreams. Francis uses a hammer and Foxy uses a ranged attack.
• Dreams‘ creation tools were used to develop the game’s story mode levels. The developers showcased an interactive music video level created by one of the team’s musicians as an example of the creation tools’ versatality.
• Possible creations include playable levels, animated films, music videos with original songs, and more.
• Social aspects, particularly sharing and discovering levels, are an emphasis of Dreams. Players will build up experience points that determine their persona. You can search for people with similar personas, for example based on level difficulty or genre, if you are interested in collaborating on a creation.
• Levels can be made from scratch, or use assets from other users’ levels and then remixed. Curators in the community will also be rewarded. People who become known for finding great levels in a particular genre such as horror, for example, will be highlighted as the go-to resource for the game’s best horror levels.
• The game’s tutorial acts as “half-finished dreams,” which encourage players to then finish them. Users not looking to create their own assets from scratch can import objects or ideas from other levels and reshape them.
  

Dreams is due out for PlayStation 4 in 2018.

　　美国索尼互动娱乐（SIEA）在美国加州安那翰市举办的年度玩家活动「PlayStation Experience 2017」上宣布，由 SCE 发行的古早经典游戏《骷髅战士（MediEvil）》即将在 PS4 平台上推出对应 4K 画质的完全重制版，更多消息将在近期公布。

　　《骷髅战士》是 1998 年在 PlayStation 上，以丹尼尔 ‧ 佛提思爵士（Sir Daniel Fortesque）为主角的黑色幽默风格动作冒险游戏。 玩家可以操作这名骷髅，穿著铠甲拿着宝剑在阴森诡异的魔界中冒险。 本次的重制版为纪念原作 20 周年而推出，预计 2018 年问世。

Patapon 2 Remastered announced for PS4
《啪嗒砰2》重制版公布 2018年登录PS4

　　今天 SIE 宣布音乐节奏游戏《啪嗒砰2》重制版将于2018年发售，登录PS4平台，同时借助于PS4 Pro的机能，本作将能以1080P分辨率呈现（PS4 Pro将支持动态4K分辨率）。

　　《啪嗒砰2》是由索尼日本游戏工作室与Pyramid联合于2008年发售的节奏模拟游戏。可爱有趣的游戏风格、丰富的收集要素和挑战性十足的游戏关卡受到了很多玩家的欢迎。

Following this year’s Patapon Remastered, Sony Interactive Entertainment and SIE Japan Studio have announced Patapon 2 Remastered for PlayStation 4. It will launch in 2018.

Overview

Patapon 2 sees the return of the beloved and innovative, rhythm-based 2D action game remastered in 1080p and dynamic 4K* resolution. In Patapon 2, a follow-up to the original that received critical acclaim, players are tasked with leading the colorful Patapons, a brave and noble tribe now in an unfamiliar land, through a series of epic battles against the opposing army and gigantic monsters. In a distinct gameplay twist, action and rhythm are intertwined as players utilize drumbeats to march, attack, and defend, ultimately leading the Patapon tribe to victory.

Patapon 2 features close to a hundred missions in a variety of new vivid 2D environments. Players will outfit their Patapon army, collect resources, and grow their tribe into a devastating fighting force. Patapon 2 also presents new Patapon characters, including bird riders, robots and magicians. Patapon 2 also introduces a fully customizable new warrior: Hero Patapon.

In Patapon 2, players use a variety of warrior types, along with a wide selection of weapon and shield upgrades, to strategically customize and position their army as they progress through this even funkier adventure. Players will easily get caught up in the addictive action by collecting rare weapons and items as the adventure unfolds, and by earning more points to upgrade to new Patapons. With vibrant character designs by popular French graphic artist, Rolito, Patapon introduces a unique, 2D art style incorporating abstract shapes and colorful environments.

• Unique Art Style – French graphic artist Rolito, noted for his abstract art style seen in collectible toys, animation, and websites, lends his skills to create a variety of unique characters and environments, bringing the Patapon world to life.

Lost Soul Aside PlayStation Experience 2017 special demo trailer
《失落之魂》PSX 特别体验版新演示

　　Ultizero Games 杨冰去年他制作的《失落之魂（Lost Soul Aside）》让全球玩家们看到了国产游戏的希望，后来杨冰得到了索尼中国之星计划的帮助，正式步入开发阶段，如今在PSX 2017上，他带来了一段PSX特别版Demo，现场也能玩到这个Demo。

　　从杨冰的Youtube 频道上了解到，游戏尚在开发之中，这版Demo不代表最终品质，视频内容既展示了对付杂鱼的战斗，也有Boss战的画面，风格和此前一样，侧重快节奏的招数以及华丽的浮空连击，就像之前访谈中他谈及的“我更愿意把自己的游戏形容为《Final Fantasy XV》+《忍龙》”。我们在此预祝杨冰一路顺风，早日把成品带给大家。

Ultizero Games have released a short trailer highlighting the special demo of Lost Soul Aside playable at PlayStation Experience 2017 in Anaheim, California this weekend.

《磁浮飞车 Omega 合集》将于 2018 年初追加对应 VR

　　美国索尼互动娱乐（SIEA）于今（9）日在美国举办年度玩家活动「PlayStation Experience 2017」开幕主题发表会，现场宣布《磁浮飞车》将登上 PlayStation VR 平台。

　　此一 VR 内容是 PS4《磁浮飞车 Omega 合集》的免费追加更新，预计将在 2018 年初释出。 除了可用 VR 模式游玩既有赛道以及飞车之外，届时也将追加针对 VR 内容而准备的新飞车，由于对应第一人称视点，玩家还可以同时看到飞车的内装。

PSX2017：关于能否修改PSN名字 将在下一届PSX之前公布



　　在PSX2017的展前发布会的最后，肖恩·林登被另一名主持人问及关于与PSN有关的问题。这个问题是“PSN的名字是否能够支持修改”，虽然肖恩·林登在现场没有给出明确的答复，但他回答在下一届PSX举办的时候你就不会再问这个问题了。

　　虽然既不是肯定也不是否定，但支持改名的可能性还是比较大的，但由于涉及到各种各样的调整所以目前暂时没法公布。对自己的PSN名字感到不满意的玩家在今后或许能够获得改名的机会。

上田文人新作疑似曝光 开发组官网隐藏神秘信息

　　经典游戏《ICO》，《旺达与巨像》和《最后的守护者》的制作人上田文人，近日在推特上疑似曝光了新作。

　　这三款经典游戏都是由上田文人领导的Team Ico，这一索尼部门负责开发的。上田文人后来离开了索尼，透过《最后的守护者》这一项目的开发，组建了一支独立的团队GenDESIGN，接手了了ICO团队解散后的工作。

　　而近日在GenDESIGN的官网上，游戏制作组发布了新的贺年信息，其中隐藏着一张神秘图片如下。图片左边有一个孤立的，脆弱的，孩子般的身材的形象，有着长发和飘动的衣服。值得注意的是，GenDESIGN标志中也有一个类似长发的身影，而且你还会在整个网站的Works部分注意到更多。

　　而在潜在的主角右边可能是一个巨大的爪子。《最后的守护者》和《旺达与巨像》都有大型的怪兽。光明和黑暗的使用也是上田文人开发游戏的一个重要主题。
